I came to watch his version of Caledonia and although it was superb it has led me to all other videos of this singer songwriter and even at 64 years of age I can't get enough of his voice and talent
I stumbled across this. It's amazing how much good music there is and everyone is obsessed with the cess pool of stagnant artists who don't know what to do anymore. This is something special Callum. You have a new subscriber.
Lovely song but very sad, and the meaning of what is about mental health is not something anyone should go through. As I already know, how it feels, the tears that's been shed and heart, mind broken to the extent you're not Belonging, no one to love, no one understands what you're going through except yourself WELL done to Sam and everyone concerned 👏👏👏 as it's a song I'll never forget, as there was something in my eye 😢
Ah Middleton's pub, I grew up in both Bothwell Street and Edina Street in the 70s; Happy times. Touched by the Montgomery Street swing park shots as even though I've hit 50, I spent so many hours in there in the late 70s with my parents. Knowing that other parents are creating memories for their children to look back on in around 50 years time is heartwarming and takes me back at the same time.
If you were already a well know star this would be an instant him. You have a real talent so keep plugging away and never give up. This is quality and your voice is superb
Love it! Only discovered your music through my mum who still lives in Lochend Road. I have been away from Leith for a few years now but is always nice to see and hear things from home. Great work xx
There's a fight in the street and it's spillin' on Easter Road And the sirens are screamin' and the drunkards are ready to blow And there's a couple of kids who've heard about it all before Beneath the yellow street light It's been brewin' all night You-ou-ou You-ou-ou Now they're rackin' 'em up in the back of a Transit van And the junkies are gettin' their hands on whatever they can And the pubs that we love, they're all boarded up And the seats in the park don't swing anymore, oh no Oh no But there's something, keeps pullin' me back It's in my blood stream, this is who I am It is who I am There's a headline stand on the corner of Easter Road About a football fan who was barely a man And one day he never came home So we all gathered 'round at the heart of the town Showin' the world that they never gonna drag us down No they're never gonna drag us down And there's something, keeps pullin' me back It's in my blood stream, this is who I am It is who I am Lights overhead take me home Comin' back to Easter Road In the end and after all I only want to see those lights Overhead take me home Comin' back to Easter Road In the end and after all I only want to see those lights Ooh-ooh Ooh-ooh Ooh-ooh There's a fight in the street and it's spillin' on Easter Road And the sirens are screamin' and the drunkards are ready to blow

Hi Amanda, Happy you like the song!
Best song on the album x well done young man...
Lovely song
Thanks Leanne!
Brilliant, love it
There's a fight in the street and it's spillin' on Easter Road
And the sirens are screamin' and the drunkards are ready to blow
And there's a couple of kids who've heard about it all before
Beneath the yellow street light
It's been brewin' all night
You-ou-ou
You-ou-ou
Now they're rackin' 'em up in the back of a Transit van
And the junkies are gettin' their hands on whatever they can
And the pubs that we love, they're all boarded up
And the seats in the park don't swing anymore, oh no
Oh no
But there's something, keeps pullin' me back
It's in my blood stream, this is who I am
It is who I am
There's a headline stand on the corner of Easter Road
About a football fan who was barely a man
And one day he never came home
So we all gathered 'round at the heart of the town
Showin' the world that they never gonna drag us down
No they're never gonna drag us down
And there's something, keeps pullin' me back
It's in my blood stream, this is who I am
It is who I am
Lights overhead take me home
Comin' back to Easter Road
In the end and after all
I only want to see those lights
Overhead take me home
Comin' back to Easter Road
In the end and after all
I only want to see those lights
Ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh
Ooh-ooh
There's a fight in the street and it's spillin' on Easter Road
And the sirens are screamin' and the drunkards are ready to blow
Very good song
