This series you’ve put together on your race been really insightful I’ve really enjoyed watching it. It’s been an eye opener, showing it’s not just a case of switching from weightlifting/bodybuilding to becoming a runner (and good at it) but that it takes real effort and thought to become a hybrid athlete. Good luck with the 50km!
Your dedication to achieving your goals is so impressive. Being your very best you is something not enough people ever want to achieve in life and you’re killing it Nathan. I have taken your example and your inspiration and really pushed myself…I did 4K with my walker two weeks back ,which I haven’t been able to do since my accident/diagnosis and have dropped 15 pounds. You sir are going to do fantastic and know you have some crazy chick in Canada virtually cheering for you on the sidelines. Proud of you ❤️❤️😘🙏
Loved Layne’s backflip. Good luck Nath and Lee!
