@@JZIKAPlay again sorry to inform you but the TP200sa model have the ram and mmc chip soldered on board and its not possible to upgrade or add any m.2 ss or any type of ssd , only on the TP205sa models you can upgrade the ssd :(

Regarding your question, sorry to inform you about this , BUT the laptop only has one slot upgradable dimm. you can't place two stick of ram.

Bro I have the same laptop and I wanna ask you some things:
1.- The M.2 slot is for a 2280 NVMe ssd right?
2.- The RAM upgrade only works for a 8GB as maximum, like asus said in their manual, is that correct?

regarding your question: you can add a 16gb DDR4 sdram without any issue , the manual is BS, as we have upgraded a 16GB and it does add up with the soldered ram and works fine under bench-marking, BUT you will need to update the BIOS before going to 16gb , but add a 8gb ram thats a sweet spot and 4gb on board you more than just fine.

Regarding the m.2 ssd : YES it is a 2280 stick, BUT the board is not a PCI-E m.2 there fore it will not read any NVME. only m.2 sata ssd
up to 2tb without any issues.

this laptop takes the following drives:
m.2 ssd sata
2.5" HDD sata
2.5" SSD sata
now that said, this laptop comes with mechanical drive (2.5" HDD SATA), so you got the following choices:
recommended:
install a m.2 ssd sata, and install the windows in the m.2 ssd sata, and after format your mechanical drive that come originally in the laptop and use it as an extra storage. this way windows will run much much faster on ssd than hdd.
or if you dont want to format or install windows and you just want to add storage then, just add m.2 ssd sata and use it as extra storage, but then i be sad :( as you dont take advantage of the ssd speed.
or if you dont want to buy m.2 ssds you can get 2.5" SSD sata and replace your mechanical drive but then you will be forced to install windows.
i have made two types of videos one on how to create a windows 10 usb boot drive and another on how to properly install windows using the usb boot drive.
once you have the boot drive plugged into your asus laptop:
Hold and press [ESC] and after that push the power button to activate the system. You can choose the boot device from the list (your usb windows 10 boot drive)
then for the steps watch any of my installation windows steps.

no man we tried many ssd nvme and the results are that the m.2 por its not PCIe , but there is no harm done to test it update your bios and plug the nvme there and see if it detects, it will not get damaged or damage the motherboard it will simply not work.
You recomend this laptop?

regarding your question: ok no this laptop doesn't take m.2 ssd, only sata ssd, and here is the video,

and it works with any sata ssd, the kingspecs are really bad and faulty ssds my friends. no need to update the bios for 99% of the ssds. remember you will need to install your windows on the ssd once you replace it.

And i realized now, that my keyboard works only the top side, the bottom and some buttons are not working. I think could be the flat cable, i don't know.
Yes i would highly recommend you to get an SAMSUNG ssd if not get kingstone o adata o WD.
regarding the keyboard if the flex cable is not even in the jack this will happen, make sure its all the way inside.

Asus tech specs specify only 12GB Maximum Memory and you have 4GB soldered on board. What happened if you upgrade with 16Gb SODIMM, OnBoard Memory disable it automatically ??

regarding your question: Don't listen to the tech support or manuals, they are full of it!! this laptop easy can upgrade that 8GB dim to 16gb dim and you will have no issue whats so ever and it will run perfectly fine,

just remember when you plug the new ram and when you power on you may not get any boot screen, then follow this steps:
remove the ram, power on and once you get the boot logo then power off, remove the battery and charger press and hold the power button for 30sec, then plug in the new ram and plug the battery and charger and then power on and wait 10-15sec for the bios to do a ram check, and you should be all fine. good luck.
