Lymington town clock chiming release mechanism

We're trying to get the town clock in the tower of St.Thomas Lymington as accurate as we can. In order to help with this we need to know how long it is between beginning the striking sequence and the first chime of the bell. This video shows it's around 5.23 seconds.
