- This summer we were lucky enough to head back over to mainland Europe for a month after spending the last two years in the UK. We both work full-time from home and all our trips are when we can take time off and this was our big one of 2021 so it was exciting to take the Landy further afield. We hope you enjoy watching ☺️

How do you guys go about showering? I was wondering about it in the beginning and then you talked about it. I love the videos!
We used to have a 12v shower set up but it broke during this trip so ended up having to throw cups of water over each other instead 😂 ruclips.net/video/zZHFGFG_IPU/видео.html

Hey 👋 It came with the car but if you search online for "3 spoke steering wheel" there's loads of similar ones available!
Really good and inspiring. I've had my 110 (also keswick green!) since 2011, next year hoping to get a roof tent so I can go on longer and more wild trips. Do you think a full length rack is necessary or just a nice add-on? Just thinking for access to the tent. As I'll likely be travelling solo I don't really need the roof for storage. Was thinking of three roof bars and a side awning to sit under. Hopefully doing the NC500 in it next May. Keep up the good work 👍
Thanks! We got the full length rack just to make the most of the extra storage space up top - it's nice to not have loads of stuff packed in the back in case we need to sleep inside when it's too windy to sleep in the tent.
You can mount the tent on just roof bars though so would be an easier and cheaper option if you definitely don't need the roof storage! Although always handy to keep a few extra spares and tools around 😅
@@SomewhereWilder I guess it will depend on what racks are available, factoring in cost and weight, but I guess some sort of roof box might be useful.

Hey Gary! Glad to hear you're enjoying the videos 😊 After Brexit the rules are a bit different, so the old fashioned pet passports don't work anymore... If you're in the UK and planning to travel to Europe, the gov.uk website has all the information you need to plan for travelling with your dog! Have a great time in Scandinavia 👍

@@SomewhereWilder nice! Ferry to Dublin, south to Waterford and get the Wild Atlantic Way! You’ll be in places like the Ring of Kerry, Cliff of Moher, Connemara and all the way up to Sligo and the Benbulben. Awesome places 😊

where do you get your information on where to drive (allowed to drive), how to plan your route etc?
looking to do the same next year but not really sure where to find the information since europe is pretty strict on everything.
