They NEVER get the recognition they deserve. Absolute classic British comedy. Chucklevision was just the best growing up. I still watch them now and howl with laughter. Godspeed Barry... to me, to you, silly me, silly you... 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
I loved it!! I moved to London in 2003 and despite my age I used to watch Chuckle Vision. It was brilliant!!! I have many good memories of the UK and my guilty pleasure of sneak watching their show is one of them.
Still to this day it doesnt seem right that Barry is no longer with us. R.I.P Barry you are a shining star which will forever shine in the hearts of everyone who knew you in real life or through chucklevision. Thank you to you and Paul for the years of joy, laughter and sheer good times you gave us. Rest easy you are loved and missed
I'm so glad to have been one of the kids from the 90s who grew up watching Chucklevision both Paul and Barry were a huge part of my childhood. R.I.P BARRY.
I remember my sister getting run over by the boys, in Butlins a long time ago. They were so nice and kind to her and paid for our next holiday. They were absolute legends with our family, Thank you for that Barry and Paul!!
Paul hasn’t changed at all since his older brother Barry’s death which this year is 5 years since he passed away and I’ve been a massive fan of them for the chucklevision which I watched it since 2002
i was born in 2004 and i only got to see them once. and i loved it, we still have the tape of it (i think its VHS but not sure as not seen it for years)
I sort of want to hug Paul, it must be so rough to lose his brother and someone he has worked with for so many years. Like losing a piece of yourself. 😢
Chuckle Brothers are an institution. Paul and Barry. R.I.P. But the fact remains that Paul has lost his beloved brother. But I hope he takes comfort in how much his brother was/ is loved. I grew up with the Chuckle brothers. To me to you. Chuckle Brothers Forever
All the best to Paul. I used to watch Paul and Barry as a lad myself, we alllllllll know the old, "ta me, ta you!" legends the pair of them. RIP Barry.
Ch Ch Chucklevision! I can only speak for myself but I watched the Chuckle Brothers every day as a kid. You can rest easy knowing that you were a part of our childhoods lads. Thankyou
Growing up in the 80's and 90's, watching Chucklevision, we couldn't wait until it was on the TV. These guys were absolutely brilliant and so so funny for our age group. Nowadays what do kids have that they will remember? Pokemon, PS5 or some other rubbish. TV stations need to invest in a Chuckle Brothers like act. Please support the Marie Curie charity, such a beautiful, lovely cause.
I lit Barry and Paul shows in North wales for years, I remember Barry having heart problem one show one summer. Also a highlight of the year, when we had the, booked in.
@@MarcusBlueWolf Nope. Both the Patton Brothers (Jimmy and Brian), and the Chucke Brothers (Barry and Paul) are really surnamed Elliott and all their birth index records show their mother's maiden names as Harman. All four are the children of James Patton Elliott and Amy F Elliott (nee Harman). James and Amy's marriage is registered in Bromley district, as are the births of James Nightingale Patton Elliott (known as Jimmy) and Brian P Elliott, then there are four younger children whose births are registered in Rotherham or Rother Valley district, with the youngest two being Barry D Elliott and Paul H Elliott.
@@easternson1 No of course it doesn't matter. I'd imagine that much of his work now is uni gigs or nostalgia/retro events, so he probably feels that he needs to try to look like he did in ChuckleVision's heyday for the fans' sake, but I'm sure they would still enjoy seeing him at such events even if he went grey.
I love ChuckleVision great 80s show I know very comedy I used to like when I was a kid years ago 90s and farewell his brother we all still loved him we also know he's gone👍☺😊⚰⚘❤

You watch Chucklevision? What do you watch it on? What channel/service is it currently on?

A national treasure! "ta me, ta you" RIP Barry
Ta? You mean to
Not even Paul or Barry said 'ta'. 'To me, To you.'
@@LyricalMyWorld I am spelling the word as per how they pronounce it with their accents, I thought that would be pretty obvious.
@@lukenorris1230 Nope
@Inside Business just joking with you mate 🤣
Always remember them as a kid, part of my 80's 90's upbringing. RIP
they were still there for me in the 90s gosh that theme is an earworm :)
I remember watching chucklevision when I was younger aged 5 In 2002 and I can remember seeing Paul and Barry together on screen
Part of my 2000’s upbringing.
2000s

:c a massive part of my childhood. Both Legends.
my favourite. As a brown Muslim British. These guys were the pinnacle of my childhood❤
Chucklevision is such a classic, loved it as a kid and now as an adult, still makes me laugh.
Timeless
Hearing Paul's voice is so comforting, can hear chucklevision on CBBC like it hasn't been 15-ish yrs since I sat watching it.
Rest In Peace Barry
Barry wasn't his only brother that died; there's also Jimmy Elliott, who was a duo with their other brother Brian Elliott.
And remember, no slacking!!!. 😂😅
RIP Jimmy Patton.😢😢
Absolutely loved chucklevision and the pantos as a kid good on you Paul for all the amazing work I’m sure Barry is very proud RIP Barry
Im 18 and i met them both when i was a child at one of their shows. Great men.
Thank you for great comedy of my childhood. Great memories
Chuckle brothers will and always will be my favourite programme
I was born in 83 I grew up with the chuckle brothers on after school TV...legends 💯❤
Such a shame. Life sucks.
I still listen to 'Tinchy Stryder Ft. The Chuckle Brothers - To me to you'. Every now and again.
RIP Barry, We all loved that show as kids it was so consistently silly 😂

Loved these guys, Chicklevision was easily 1 of my best shows as a kid. Brings back alot of happy memories, great show :)
Childhood legends 👍
To me ,to you ,to me lol great comedy in my school days
I used to think the Chuckle brothers were a British Super Mario Bros. Paul is Mario and Barry is Luigi
If they ever made a live action Super Mario Bros film, back in the 90s, Barry and Paul would have been perfect for the parts of Mario and Luigi.

Rest in peace Barry from me to you 😢 never forgotten
The mid 90s when I got into watching tv the chuckle vision was one of the best comedies
Miss him so much. Barry that is
Growing up is bleek
Growing up is bleak. They were fantastic and so clever how they made them child friendly.
I sort of want to hug Paul, it must be so rough to lose his brother and someone he has worked with for so many years. Like losing a piece of yourself. 😢
Should of both been knighted or get this man knighted now.
They always seem the nicest blokes ever.
Proper brilliant childhood memories.
I must rewatch the chuckle brothers🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

So sad they were clearly so close can see how hard this interview is for him
Loved the chuckle brothers. The Romulus and Remus of Rotherham.
Rest in Peace King. ❤

Fun fact, the guy who used to say to them both “and remember……….. NOOOOOO slacking” was also there brother 😊
And there was even a fourth brother involved, whose character used to say 'getoutofit'.

Crazy to think they are both gone now 😮💨❤🩹💥
Both gone? When did I miss Paul dying?
Stan the man with the van
Not a thread of grey hair, amazing
@brayden denby i started going grey at 20! lol
I think it's dyed. It seems a slightly darker colour than it used to be.
My great grandfather lived until 90 and had hardly any grey hair. I think it's quite rare
Definitely dyed. There is pictures of him with a grey moustache when his brother was alive. Not that it matters really.

So deep that Barry passed on years ago. My friend looks like you Paul. strange that people are healthy for many years, then decline unexpectedly .
I had the honour of being pied by them twice in the 90s 👌 😂
