Just subscribed and agree with the other comments, this is easy to follow and I think it has potential, especially if folder structures, images, media and other contents can be replicated. I'm in the education industry and under the current set up there doesn't appear to be any recourse to replicate bespoke images, links, buttons, folders and files for distribution to other sites. If you every come across a method or you are inspired to do something in PowerShell like it.............that would be a life saver!!!
Andrew, thank you for this demo! I successfully created a new theme color! Only question I had, how do I make the secondary color lighter? For example, when I create a table, it uses my primary color (Dark forest green) and then secondary color as black, which I want lighter.
Hey nice video😃 actually I have a Doubt Can I Fetch the script which was Deployed in sharepoint earlier Due to some reasons have lost it can i get that theme script again
Hi Aishwarya, after connecting, I believe you can run a script similar to this to get the old script, just replace with your Theme's name: Get-SPOTheme -Name "Custom Cyan" | ConvertTo-Json
Hi Boxx, thanks yeah you are 100% right, there may of been a reason I couldn't sometimes RUclips doesn't let me put some code in the description, but I don't remember for this exact video. But yes 100% you are correct would be better to have script in description. I am working on that in all future videos. Thanks for watching!
Hi, if you have customised the pallete slots, exported, added to sharepoint then realise there is an issue with the colours, how do you load the theme back into Fluent UI - thanks
Hi Mike GC, I would remove/delete the old pallete and upload the new fixed one. Here are some of the commands: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/declarative-customization/site-theming/sharepoint-site-theming-powershell
You can run PowerShell in macOS or run Windows in macOS. I don't know much about macs I'm a Microsoft Consultant. There are more options to deploying a custom theme using the interface or code here: docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/dev/general-development/how-to-deploy-a-custom-theme-in-sharepoint
@@andrewhess123 Thanks a lots. Fyi one of task is on Network Performance: I hope you can make a sample video about intergration Power Apps and Power BI. I need to know the process from Power BI getting data source from multiple excel file in one drive folder (I.e everyday receive a new file) and from Power Apps able to get high level view (not via Power BI)
No worries everyone I'll be back on Power Apps... Soon, just give me a week. It's my birthday this week 😇 give me a short break. Thanks Everyone!

Hi cole, there were 3 different ways on the site to add a custom theme, not just the one shown here
