@@hoteliepattie Also just another quick question if you made the reservation under the family room or the suite? Doesn't seem to have the family suite as an option online on the ENG website. I tried calling the reception and I think their english is a little limited.
@@cheehiong Hello again! From what I recall I booked "Family Room" and ended up getting my room type on the 14th floor (the layout of this room is different depending on the flloor). It might be that the specific room type was not available on the dates you searched. If you found a date that has a Family Room availability, you will be able to select it to reserve - may have to add in a special request that you want the corner suite on the 14F if you would like the same exact room as the one in the video. Hope this helps!

Hello! the bed arrangement was a default setup for the Family Corner Suite :) the layout of the room may look even within the same suite type.
