Every time I go up to 11 Mile Spinney I stop by the local fly shop bring a dozen donuts for the guides who are heading up there too for the day and ask what they’re using right now, otherwise you can flail around up there all day changing flies and not catch a thing. BTW biggest Spinney trout I’ve caught was 7 pound brown October about 9 PM on a mouse fly.
I’ve fished a bunch above Spinney it’s a bit tough to get to watch out for the Buffalo but has huge fish in the fall well worth it. I live about 60 miles away.
As they say, Quality over Quantity can be well worth it! Very nice fish dude! Congrats!
Thanks man!!
Awesome vid! Super cool that you caught something that nice the final day. Magical.
Thanks so much! It made for a great story.
Super nice fish!! That’s a way to grind it out for the trophy for sure !! Well done

Was just at the dream stream. Caught 25 salmon in 4 hours. Plus a couple trout. I make a glass egg that works!!!
