Battery certainly has its place, for pruning shrubs they are great. For me, no battery unit comes close to my Stihl HS81R & Husqvarna 522HDR75X for heavy duty hedgecutting, sometimes up to 20mm thick!
Ive been using the ryobi 18volt electric extend pole hedger and pole saw for last 2 seasons its great made lots of money on it and light weight and when u only hedge a few properties over a year , not haveing to worry about the carby or it starting is great plus saftey let finger off the trigger blade stops instantly. Great vid mate.
To be fair, compare the Kobalt 80V which is the same price as Milwaukee for tool only ($150), not with the 40V Kobalt ($100). For some reason the kits including battery and charger, you get a better deal with the 80V Kobalt at about $230 vs the Milwaukee at $370. And Kobalt has a bigger battery and a fast 1/2 hour charger with cooling fan. I not partial to either brand, my yard work tools are Kobalt and my shop tools are Milwaukee.
i like my gas equipment but on chain saws and hedge trimmer those i would use less and they do get some shelf time I've been thinking about Milwaukee. just because the battery and i just realized i need a automatic grease gun to grease equipment. Good Pointers
That looks more durable than my Black and Decker hedge trimmer that's battery powered. However, it quit on me on a job one time, so I bought a gas power Echo Pas 280 with the articulated hedge trimmer
The Milwaukee Battery Hedge Trimmer is only ideal for a homeowner use. The Echo/Stihl gas powered Hedge Trimmer are for commercial use. I bought the a Milwaukee Battery Hedge Trimmer and returned it after one use.
Audio balancing would be highly recommended. You go from "I'd like to talk about these battery operated hedge trimmers" to the loudest fucking background music I've ever heard.
Battery great for someone like you that that does reviews and gets Eva for free. If you were a real lawn worker you would know they won’t last all day. ,
@@HFConstruction I had no clue you weren't real !! Man, you had us all fooled. Clearly this guy has it all figured out...should probably take notes in case you wanted to be a real lawn worker.
unless you have glacoma or some medical eye condition, take the dark glasses off indoors, having the terrorist bad guy look, special forces look. ,like your review good sound camera work good content. when outside working i wear same glasses, look like indiana jones safari hat, pant, shirt boots terror sounding gas power equipment, back firing smoke, somebody might call cops or epa on me. future is electric solar phasor power equipment, like terminator phasor rifle.
It seems silly to be concerned about the man's glasses. Last time I checked, this was the USA. People wear what they want. Try focusing on the content.
This sounds like some nonsense comment my one of my eccentric relatives my hit me with when I’m trying to have a serious adult conversation about something...

Battery powered equipment is the future. They are making better batteries, more capacity and more storage.

Great comparison video and showing how great battery powered tools can be!

Carlos Galeana whatever works best for you. I love my Milwaukee’s and that’s all I use.
Thanks!
New subscribers. Nice video. Thanks for trimmer comparison.
Will the battery hold up in 90 to 100 degree weather?
The 20v Dewalt is the best great power and lightweight with great runtime
Good points Kevin!
How much runtime do you get on the Milwaukee?
How's the new house coming along?
I'm still debating if I want battery or gas power I'm looking at Redmax for gas and Dewalt for battery power. 🤔🤔
Gerry's Green Landscaping I haven't tried the dewalt but would definitely suggest taking a look at the Milwaukee! Thanks for watching!
Gerry's Green Landscaping don't buy anything redmax
Is that video taken in your new place
Mind if I repost via Instagram with a link back here?

I love electric hedge trimmers, but i really wish i had a gas pole trimmer

I hate that fucking Milwaukee hedge trimmer lol. Just because the handle doesn’t articulate like my gas Echo. Kills my wrist
