I love that he's making the rounds with the reactors who are promoting him
He's such a genuine man
Seriously. It’s incredibly bizarre to me that only a very small amount of artists realize how much of a benefit reactors are to spreading their music. A rising tide lifts all boats!
Yeah its so nice that he is making time for everyone. I also like how a lot of the reactors have become really into his art
Reactors are the NEW radio heads, I haven't listened to the radio in years. Or even tuned in to the BIG name radio interviews on RUclips. So I love seeing these real personal interviews
😮😮😂❤😮
Blimey REN.
I’m a 60 year old man from the Uk.
I feel you have schooled me hard on this one.
It’s official, I’m a massive fan.
Don’t worry I’ll keep it on the down low so as to not embarrass you with have old buggers following you!
Me too, 66 yo
Im 61 im addicted and his art is not a age thing its a life thing.

This guy is wise beyond his years. People like him give me hope for the future.
Is human experience equitable?
Is there an outcome to our experience and existence? 21 mins in.
@@alexeilindes7507 I don't remember him speaking about equity, he did talk about equality though.
The biggest advantage about intelligence is the speed in which wisdom can be grown. 🤓
Ren and Rosalie are both sharing their wisdom, which makes the world a better place. 🥳
Wouldn't it be wonderful if we all could achieve this wisdom simply given enough time? He's not wise beyond his years, he's basically wise beyond our species.
Ikr! So wise
This interview exposes REN as someone who is truly unique and complex. Normally, genius and intellectual persons are kinda cold and impersonal, where creatives and social butterflies are warm and friendly but tend to be less analytical. REN is all of those things. He is genius, he is intellectual, he is creative, he is warm, he is empathetic and compassionate but also analytical. Truly a very special human being.
Indeed. 🦋
You just made a tiny mistake - geniuses aren't cold and unemotional, bla, bla. Those who are imposed as a "genius" are.
@@HelerifiKtionI feel that you can’t say he made make a “mistake”.
He expressed ‘his’ opinion/observations. Therefore there can be no right or wrong/ mistakes.
Also the use of the words Normally, kinda and tend to be, are indicators of him acknowledging that he is making generalisations not stating facts.
Sadly to me, you making this comment means that you haven’t fully listened to or understood anything that Ren was saying.
@@nataliemarshall7158, I'm here to debate with this person, not to parrot Ren's opinion. You'll get over it.
@@HelerifiKtion nothing to get over, I thought we were commenting on people’s opinions. So I chose to join in by commenting on yours.
Now that I know it’s a debate it doesn’t really make much difference. However now that I do know it’s a debate I choose to be on @jodale1972 ‘s team.
From a debating point of view I’m afraid for me your opening statement is lacking in substance, but that’s just my opinion
Ren is the nicest guy. Intelligent and humble. What a guy! Thank you for this video. Well done!
As
150 IQ apparently. Truly a genius
This guy shines through this whole entertainment bullshit. If i ever randomly meet Ren on the street, that will be the most honest and respectful handshake, that i will ever give. Get well my man!
Ren doesn’t even have to make music (though I hope he always does), all he has to do is speak and I’m there for it. He’s such a radiant being in this dark world.
I would totally go to a seminar and listen to this dude talk for house his music is incredible and there's nothing like hi ren.
Agree!
As someone said, they will listen even if Ren makes a blog about mowing lawns. Haha
@@primitivedogs4638 Truth 😂
Agreed ❤❤❤
What a pleasure to watch two intelligent, well spoken, empathic human beings communicate...!
Absolutely. Sadly it seems to be becoming a more rare thing these days.
"My opinions will probably change as I'm challenged (on them)"... you, Ren, just launched yourself into the 99th percentile of modern human wisdom. Such an incredibly uncommon and unpopular philosophy 😉
This moment right here is sooooo profound. And at the same time it's what we lack as a global society is that I welcome being challenged.
The willingness to have our opinions challenged - let alone changed - opens up the world to us in such a beautiful way. Great conversation.
And yet it seems like such a simple and common sense think to do in like , if your not able to sit in the middle and change your opinion as you grow older and wiser and as the world changes around you , you are not truly a free thinker , and if you cannot think freely you are not truly free.
That was the single most profound, intelligent and meaningfull interview i've seen in my life. You can be very, very proud of this interview, it was an absolute pleasure to watch.
:) this makes me happy to read. Thank you.
I went through all kinds of emotions listening to " hi ren," and I this interview is great. Ren if you read this, I'm sending love and good vibes my g!
I worry about that statement. I wish I were so easily pleased. Wait til you discover lollipops and roller-coasters. Gonna blow ur mind.
Such insightful wisdom, Ren having lived his life thus far, had so many intelligent thoughts that I found to be so amazing coming from a guy his age. As someone else said, he is wise beyond his years. I wish him good health and success in his future and hope his success doesn't change the person he is in this interview. I hope his success helps him to gain further access to the utopia he spoke of, and he will practice what he spoke of.
100% agree
There it is: "How I can best serve people." I honestly believe I could get shipwrecked on an island for 20 years, come back, and Ren will still be sitting here, looking as average as ever, talking about how he can't believe how big his newest thing is blowing up. That level of humility and seeing the World through the lens of what can I do for others is absolutely inspiring and gives this old fart a sense of hope for the future. On the AI art topic, AI will always try to perfect what it's doing. Better, faster, more efficient. Humans will never be that. It's not what we are. I hope AI ends up pushing society to actually recognize and celebrate our flaws. The very things that make us human.
Love your comment ❤
Like Data in TNG... a perfect AI searching for the flaws that allow true feeling. Art without flaws is boring... Like a story without conflict.
A life without love
Who didn't have tears in their eyes after hearing Hi Ren for the first time!? What an absolute masterpiece.
Oh my God. I just found the song 4 days ago, and have listened to it at least 100 times. No joke. Still is making me cry each and every time.
I discovered it today, have been listening to it on repeat and the hope verse still makes me cry most of the times.
Every time
Ren is what we hope our sons and daughters can look up to... A person with substance, heart, compassion and an outlook for a beautiful world in the future.
Can we all just take a moment to send love & light Rens way ❤! Amazing interview Rosalie and Ren!
Nice =^;^=
Yes yes! Fantastic role model
This is a phenomenal interview. Rosalie you are terrific. Ren, you are loved by so many people and I (a 71 yr old retired musician) count myself among them. The word, inspiration, doesn't come close to describing the impact you are making. God bless you brother for who you are and what you do.
Hey, brother! Well put. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I saw you post a slightly similar comment on the interview with Knox? 🦋🎶🎶
@@D.RED420 I don’t remember, but it’s possible. I am compelled to say something when I see Ren respond to a reaction. He is capturing the hearts of so many people and I know that if he gets a lot of loving feedback it will help the healing process.
Wow I had an emotional breakdown in 2000 and struggled for years, but now I understand what's happening. My answers came with time, there are no quick fixes that's for sure. Hi Ren, lifted my spirits ...pure class.
We recognize Ren as authentic, that and his unfathomable talent equals a cult following. I will be a Renagade forever ❤❤❤
I'm 52 years old and have had social anxiety for my entire life, so much so that I am literally unable to speak publicly. I start to stammer, I get extremely hot, start sweating, and my thoughts are consumed with judgment. I can rationalize it and sometimes come out "victorious", more so as I've aged, but to this day, it still controls my actions on occasion. I've literally been robbed of some life altering opportunities due to my anxiety. I'm also an artist, I love to create, It's my saving grace. I share Ren's thoughts on this, if nothing else, the art that I leave behind may actually mean something. I don't take any meds, never have, so it's just me and my mind in a constant struggle. For those that don't suffer with the same problem, it's hard to grasp how truly terrifying everyday life can sometimes be. All that said, "Hi Ren" was truly cathartic for me. An artist who was forged through fire put in front of me the perfect piece of relatable art. With my name being Ken, it's also not much of a stretch to literally make the song "mine". I've never encountered an artist with whom I could connect to on such a profound level. I'm NOT alone in my struggles. I've watch so many "Hi Ren" reaction videos that I can say with perfect honesty, I've seen the performance dozens of times. It still brings me chills EVERY time. I've become a diehard Ren fan, not just for his music, but for who he seems to be irl. I CAN RELATE. To me, he's a generational talent, the kind of artist that can truly affect people in ways that most don't. He's truly special. Diamonds are created through pressure. Ren IS a diamond.
Dude it’s so crazy, I been watching ren on RUclips for like 7 years already and I’ve always wondered how he wasn’t blowing up. He definitely deserves it!!! It’s very cool to see how far he has come! I found him by watching Damian Marley covers, he is super talented!
After 7 years, it must feel great to see him, his art and message traveling the world.
@@tswanstrom2000 most definitely!!! He is a rare artist for sure! Inspires me to keep at my music!
Let's say, gatekeepers may not approve of the message within his songs
I wish I’d have discovered him 7 years ago!
@@ryandoyle4344that reads ominous, and if I understand correctly, you might be right! But his vulnerability and honesty are his protection, the fact it so resonates says volumes and are also part of his armor. We can and should learn from him!
My heart when he broke down. 💔 So powerful. You could see the pain physically manifest in his eyes. 😢 We love you Ren ❤
Just wanted to hug him.
Wow what an interview. Ren is such a special person who wears his heart on his sleeve. I started to tear up when he got emotional talking about his pain and watched as you struggled to hold it together. The empathy he has for others and this life is so refreshing.
Same here...when Ren got emotional...it hit me. We can be over here bickering n complaining...but for Ren, he just wana be pain-free..doing what he loves. I hope he gets the treatment he needs to express his full artistry all the time instead of finding pockets of opportunities to do that.
When Ren broke down about wanting to just not feel pain - that broke me, because that’s exactly how Im feeling today. 😢
I understand.
Sending you a hug ... from Colorado at the speed of light.
Ren you are a phenomenon. Honestly its been watching Hi Ren through the reaction videos that I've gained such a deep connection with your music. Just watching reactors stripped of their barriers and laid bare and then healed by Hi Ren is the most cathartic experience I've ever had. No joke you've changed my perspective of life. Keep it coming, I'll soak up every word. And Rosalie: Congrats on the interview, yours was the most empathatic and touching reaction.
Absolutely 💯 ❤
This could have been written by me. I feel the exact same way. The reactions to hi Ren are so eye opening. Watching the rollercoaster as they start out super confused then it transitions into impressed but not able to really vocalize why and quickly transitions into the moment of realization as to what it is Ren is saying and how they can relate. Then there's the silence, laughter, and a completely visceral soul crushing break that shows the real humility of the reactors. I feel like this is the moment we get to see passed their public "mask" that they wear. Followed by a huge sigh. Another laugh, and finished with a speechless appreciation just knowing that there is at least one other person who knows what they are battling and they aren't dancing alone. Ren is what a lot of us needed and he couldn't have gone viral at a better time. I'm glad to say I was one of the first 50k views and have been consistently sharing Ren's music with practically everyone I come into contact with. The #RENaissance is happening!
RENaissance!!👏👏👏 Love it!
i'm so pleased that other people are having this kind of experience because honestly i thought - maybe it 's just me.
So glad I started watching this interview. Ren is my new favorite artist. I've never seen anyone like him, but that's not the only reason I like him so much. About 2 years ago, I wrote my first novel, a fantasy novel, and I was amazed that I accomplished it, and was quite proud of myself. Then I made the mistake of thinking about what would happen if my book sold well, and all that would mean, but when it basically just sat there doing nothing, mostly because I'm on my own, and don't really know what I'm doing, I got depressed. I let "the outcome" affect me. This was to be a 5-book series, and I started to write book 2 right away, but about 3 chapters in, I stopped writing. I kept thinking I'd start up again, but I didn't, because I was so frustrated with the lack of interest, that I lost the motivation to write... until just recently, and I think Ren had at least something to do with that. I forget where I first heard him say how he wasn't "outcome driven" when he wrote music, like he said again here in your interview, and why it's wrong to be outcome driven, but it was also hearing all that he went through, and how he's responded to all of it. Then, there's how he's reached out to everyone, and stands in solidarity with all the yt reactors, instead of how some artists react, with their copyright strikes and stuff. I was amazed at his attitude, and his humbleness, and I'm pretty sure that's what inspired me to stop worrying about the outcome, and just write, because I loved writing what I wrote, and that's all that mattered. When I first sat down to write, it wasn't about money. I wrote it because I wanted to; just to do it. Ren made me see the trap I had fallen into. He'll probably never see this comment, but Ren, thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You've been quite the inspiration for me, and you made me remember what I had forgotten; that it's not about the outcome... but the journey.
Hey there. I too am a fan of Ren's work. I was wondering if you could tell me more about your book? You said it was of the fantasy genre and it just sounds intriguing.
I agree. Plug your book. It can't hurt.

@Simone Jarvis I don't write, but if you're into sci-fi, try Orson Scott Card. He's a scientist/writer.
What a genuinely awe inspiring man Ren is ! ❤
What a smart guy. So talented and down to earth. I would love to see Ren on Lex Friedman’s podcast.
THAT IS A FANTASTIC, INSPIRED SHOUT. AAARGGH NOW YOU'VE MADE ME WANT TO SEE IT.
Ren is such a wise soul, love him
Create between flares. Never know when the last flare will prevent you from ever returning to your art.
It's rare that an interview leaves me feeling smarter and uplifted like this! Thank you both! ❤
If I already loved Ren by his art, but after hearing him just makes you love the man even more. He’s a musical Genius, but also a great human being ❤
Anyone who welcomes transcendental learning like Ren is awesome. Being able to change your opinion and learn consciously is the way to wisdom. We all have more to learn. None of us own the truth.
I love how you allowed an intellectual flow to shine a little spotlight on Ren's creative processes; philosophy; psychology; religion cannot really be understood fully, but somewhat requires the existence of the other. I trust my gut and believe both you and Ren have strong intellect and beautiful psyches. I'm glad Huxley and Orwell came out from Ren as I thought him well read; definitely capable of deep thought and lyrics that sound poetical. I don't know either of you personally, but Huggs & Kisses. 🙏🏻🇺🇸🇬🇧✨💖🌹💐 Great dialogue; I hope this is the first of a series of interviews no matter how far apart. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽 You both give me hope for humanity.
thank you for your kind comment!! this is so uplifting.
Lovely comment. ❤
Didn’t think I could love Ren any more than I already did! But once again he shows what a humble and empathetic human he is. Such a genuine interaction between the two of you. Thank you Rosalie for bringing another slant to the interviews and going way beyond the music into such thought provoking and philosophical conversation.
Ren is a beast of a man. I could listen to his brain all day. Thanks for all the music you have put out through the years when you got in your pockets, and thanks for introducing us to Chinchilla. My daughter and her friends are all about that rabbit hole, besides yours. You are good human being.
WOW! What a brilliant interview! It felt SO intimate…like I was sitting in on a therapy session! Mans is so wise, self-aware, & profound. ❤❤❤
I am a pen & ink artist and now, 65 years old. I truly understand REN's window theory ! I have had many small windows of creation throughout my life and many years where that window was closed. The creative mind works differently. We cannot do 9 to 5 creation. We just hope and pray that our small windows stay bright enough to complete the thoughts we have. Sometimes flooding our minds in a way the sun shooting though a window and overwhelming us to the point where we may feel even feel blinded for a short time. The analogy was spot on. ❤❤
Some days I drown in those windows of inspiration. I've had to draw back from any form of stimulation to be able to function "normaly"
My heart is so warmed by the love and positivity that Ren and Rosalie just released into the ether. One of my greatest wishes is that Ren will one day be able to live without pain. Thank you both for this interview!
❤
I actually paused the video and prayed that all the healing energy he has spread out to the world with his messages and inspiration, gets mirrored back directly to him and brings him the relief and good health he so deserves
@@Veeliscious yes! I find myself sending love and healing vibes to him almost daily. And so many hugs!
When Ren was talking about weather his experiences has produced the artist he is and he explains that there isn’t another Ren to compare it too and the notion is a good one because it gives a positive narrative to that experience the thing that jumped into my mind was “never second guessing intuition getting wise”
'There are two flames that burn in the human heart all the time - the flame of anger against injustice and the flame of hope you can build a better world....' Ren embodies this truth
Epic interview,, love it!
Thank you so much
BP showing love to other creators..another reason I follow you brother
Incredible interview. He has really given all of this a lot of thought. Unbelievably intelligent, insightful, humble and inspiring person. He has such a great outlook. Love him even more now❤
100% agree! I was thinking the same thing and then I had the thought, when he was talking about trying to repair the brain damage, he is showing so much intellectual and emotional intelligence now with brain damage, Holy Cow how much more phenomenal is he and his work going to be when his brain is repaired??!!!
Improve yourself and never even try to bring about Utopia, because that leads to totalitarianism and insanity
My god, it's difficult to express how happy I am that Ren shares himself with the world. I already know inside myself the things he says, but it's so incredibly *empowering* to hear him say it all out loud. I love his brain and his heart. Thanks for a wonderful interview. 💖
Drinking it up Guys🙏🌟
Between being a dad, working fulltime and just all the things going on in life, I've only recently found time to start reading for pleasure again. Even though I have a lot of the classics on my shelves, I tend to read more "Arthurian" fantasy with magic systems or big series like James Clavell's "Asian Saga". Ren has inspired me to pull some of the classics off the shelf - going through my George Orwell collection right now. It's maybe an unexpected reaction to music, but I think it just shows the depth that Ren packs into his songs.
Didn't realise this one was happening! So happy to see this! 💙 💙💙
Such a humbled genuine man.
Great interview ❣️👏❣️
Fantastic interview Rosalie! Ren is such a humble and likeable guy. Thanks for taking the time to do this.
This guy is rewriting the definition of fame. He also may not look like but he has some serious superpowers - for example can lift people really high above the ground. How he stays true & humble in all that hype is beyond me... But 100% well deserved, like in Chevelle song- Fate has tortured us for too long... Revenge! :) Go get them Ren :)
Fantastic interview. Thank you for allowing Ren to freely speak on more philosophical issues. A very relaxed and grown up talk. The more i see of this man, the more it becomes obvious to anyone exposed to him, is he seems almost entirely devoid of cruelty. He often sings about hardships and extremely tough experiences but its not mean-spirited. There is always compassion and *a balance* many artists fail to succesfully evoke.
Thank you both for this interview/conversation. It's been very interesting listening coming from this 68 year old women. If you are the people following my generation then I believe there will be less to worry about for my grandaughter's future on this planet. I'm thankful for people like yourselves.
Cheryl Mack I totally agree I am 67 and I so enjoy REN’s music .This young man has a talent far beyond his years. I feel that at our age a lot of people assume we only listen to the music from our era and for sure we hands down had some of the best music growing up but he can take any song from any era and make it his own and just sound amazing. He takes you on a roller coaster ride on every song from crying one minute to laughing the next…he is like a box of Cracker Jacks that you can’t wait to open. ❤️
Great interview. Same Ladies….68, I listen to modern music, I’m on my own amongst my friends. When I first heard REN and Sam Tompkins, Big Push, a few years ago I just could not understand how they weren’t famous! So excited to see REN making waves also Sam. Love these interviews and getting to know this lad. Not too old to be a RENegade!
I am also 67 and listen to modern music as well as the music of my youth . and this young man is profound .
I could see he was suffering part way thru…unable to get comfortable or sit still. When he paused a moment, in tears, & spoke of not being in pain ….how it can temper his reaction to success…my heart skipped a beat. Success is not a trade off for suffering. It’s nice…but it doesn’t solve it.💔But Art can make it worth it.
Ren is almost a religion at this point and I'm totally signed up 😁 I mean that in the way much of what he says makes so much bloody sense. Such a wise old head. Fantastic interview ❤❤
A beautiful mosaic ❤️
I suffer from an excruciating pain disease CRPS (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome) with a side of ADHD that has really impacted on my mental health. Finding REN’s music online and now his interviews and how he articulates himself out side of his artistic talents is a such a breath of fresh air, not playing Victim or defining his recognition only because of his health journey. This young man is an inspirational extremely talented artist that is able to reach and connect to so many people and listening to how he expressed the windows we have with in the window of our life and the choices we make about how we deal with the difficult and the great things that happen to us really resonates. AMAZING
I agree, Jason. It's been a LONG time since I've come across an artist who has moved me in such a fundamental level, both in terms of triggering personal emotional reactions and literally affecting culture. Ren has spoken of a paradigm shift, though not necessarily with regards to himself, but I see him in the same way I saw Bowie moving culture forward from where the Beatles and Bob Dylan left off. For me, he represents something genuinely new, a "new" way of looking at the world, one from an elevated perspective, a more empathetic, inclusive, conscientious and conscious outlook that seeks to connect one another. Ren is clearly well read, knowledgeable and quite wise for his 34 years (though he looks more like one of 24 years) and I'm grateful that so many people - and such a wide range of ages - have discovered him and are listening to his words.
Great interview, Rosalie. It felt as much like a conversation as an interview - and those are the best kind!
I have the same thing with adhesive arachnoiditis. I also had a diagnosis of ADHD, which turned out to be early onset demintia from the cytokines being produced from massive inflammation, so question that ADHD, especially if the diagnosis came later in life and developed along the path of your pain syndrome. Years ago I discovered the trigger mechanism for the episodes that seemingly would come out if knowwhere and was able to interrupt the trigger, taking these daily pain episodes (above the normal chronic pain) down to 30 seconds to a few min max. Since then everything "downstream" disappeared, early onset demintia that legs nerve pain, body shutting down, feeling sick as it hits (sound familiar), except my eyesight went to hell.
@@TVC15ohoh I do agree with you 100%.... Discovering Ren absolutely is very relatable to incredible artists of their time that reached to the cultures the way many of us a seeing or at least relating too with Ren's talents, in the time of now and a time of need.
@@SacredOwl Thank you for your insights for me to look into. Sound familiar relates to a lot of what you replied here and will follow through with. Because my CRPS developed so bad and basically become unbearable pain the pain specialist wanted me to have a nervous system stimulator implanted into my lower back then to my spine. For the first 6 months my body wanted to reject it as being a foreign object and battled with major staph infections and hospitalised many times in that period on top of the pain. Now my body has accepted the device It has helped a lot with the coping with the CRPS pain but saying that after reading your reply my journey may very well just be a band aid to a symptom of a larger scale that I need to look into and address. Thank you for reaching out I really appreciate it. This is what Ren does and we wouldn't have communicated if it wasn't for his gift.
Those are the same diagnoses that I have. So happy we both found some positive communities and art to help us keep going❤
Killed it Rosalie! Ren is a beautiful, inspirational human and I think this interview worked because you are as well. Thank you for this content, made my day.
thank you so much for this kind comment! :) I'm so glad you enjoyed it
Ren. What a guy, taking the time to help the youtubers who are spreading his name, and he is doing the same in return. There is no one way street with him. He works both ways and gives way. Only can respect a guy like that.
Such maturity from one so young, I love the bit about how people shouldn't be cancelled for an opinion they held in the past, 30 years ago I would have been a socialist, I read some books and became an Anarchist , read some more and became a free market capitalist, read some more and became a libertarian, and now I've run out of reading I think I might need to start writing, I wouldn't like to be forever held to ideas I held to be true at any stage through the development towards where I stand now.
I'm not going to be able to say anything that hasn't already been said, but i can add my voice to the colective consensus that Ren is absolutely a one of a kind phenomenal lad.
Great interview, and interviewer as well.
I believe those of us who have really taken the time and the undivided attention to try to truly get to know all of the Ren he has shared with us will be able to tell the difference between an AI generated song from a true REN creation !
Ren could do an interview about how to keep your lawn green and it would still be fascinating 😂
This man is an amazing artist I grew up listening to bands like the who and the stones but Rens music speaks to so many people he has my respect
Gosh he is just a pure and beautiful person. He's deeply intellectual and empathetic. His neutrality and open mind is just so so refreshing. He's just gorgeous inside and out. Brilliant interview ❤

Rosalie, Ren thank you for this interview! I love the direction this interview took. It was brilliant, of course, and it has given me so much to think about personally regarding politics, health-care systems, human nature, and where I place my priorities. I have mental health issues and my employer, and friend, has physical health issues. She has devoted her life to helping change the circumstances that challenge people who are dealing with varying levels of abilities. I can't wait to show her this interview and get her thoughts on these ideas and perspectives. Again, thanks for the inspiration, compassion, and thought that went into this. I'm looking forward to delving deeper into these issues with my friends. Much love and peace!
People like Ren always make me proud to be British 🇬🇧, one thing us Brits have always been great at is music 🎼.
Makes me proud to be Welsh too as music and poetry is very much a core aspect of our culture ❤❤
I love this about the British too! Appreciate the Beatles and of course Queen forever. Loved and respected Elizabeth II as well. Love from Colorado, USA
Ren exposes Humanity. So many people’s experiences in one Human.🙌👏🙏❤️🌹j.
Oh wow, this is we’re it all started for me. Was watching Rosalie’s reaction to the “Hi Ren” video. That song had me in Tears and her breakdown from a clinical level really helped me. I did my own reaction immediately after, and been doing them since. Thanks Ren, your a SUPER talented artist and seem like and wonderful dude just overall. And Rosalie thank you for all you hard work and your great channel. You wonderful passion for music and clinical knowledge really helped me. Thank y’all for all you have done and do in the future. Ren is spot on on the insight. All you have is your experience and if it helps you focus and become better to believe your experience has built you then its a net positive. Amazingly pragmatic and mindful and real. Speak your truth!
He's so incredibly wise, I love to watch his eyes, so expressive. He's giving us such interesting thoughts and ideas, I could watch these interviews for hours. Ren is so creative and unique, I can't get enough of him!! Great interview Rosalie!
This!
I love all these interviews... Ren is an incredibly beautiful soul and so wise. I cannot get enough of listening to him. Omg those tears got me! I understand wishing to not feel pain. Lots of love to you Ren!❤❤
What a human being he is if we all took a leaf out of Rens book the world would be a better place to live😊😊😊😊
"This is my social life at the moment", time well spent mate! Thank you Rosalie, a very interesting talk you've facilitated
@ 1:02 - its gona help my brain communicate and rebuild connections. Dudes a f'ing genius, what should we expect when his brains starts to connect and communicate ! pfft watchout AI, Ren gona kick your ass !
and now I'm crying at a Ren interview....love this
Ren, through all his troubles and battles and his past struggles sounds amazes me with how he is able to see things so clearly. His understanding and his seriousness to critical thinking when he's asked a question is incredible. To me to see someone with such a mental conflict in his mind almost sounds like someone I would expect to see as a Therapist. He's someone that comes across as understanding and able to put himself into someone else's perspective and mindset.
I squee'd when I saw that you'd had an interview with Ren, and I'm too old to be squeeing! I'm really happy he did one with a woman. YAY and love for both of you!!
Ren your themes can be dark. But your music will always be light
I can't help thinking, and it's a question with great respect. I heard him saying about therapy that helps his brain to make new connections. If this is what he is creating with synaptics missing, what he's going to do with full functioning brain???? Mind-blowing 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯. Amazing talent
I was wondering the same thing!
Yeah, and I'm saying to myself, "Oh, make sure you don't turn on that synaptic connection which tells the rest of the connections to relax, take it easy and tune down the flow." :)
Since discovering Ren, I dont think I've listened to any other music. I get all of my dopamine from his music. Genuinely lovely bloke.
I LOVE RENS´ Music so much! What a fascinating artist and musican! He blows my mind, my heart and my soul! Thx for this interview to both of you!
WOW... it's impossible not to root for him. He is a breath of fresh air.
Being happy or content is more important than the need to HAVE to always be right ! That is what I have learned in my life. 😊
Ren is a beacon of light for humanity whilst the world we live in is in freefall and deep darkness.....Love who I perceive him to be.....
I've never seen your channel, but because I've been chasing down every Ren, this popped up on my feed and I'm so glad I got to see this. Amazing interview!!
First I fell in love with REN’s music, but was thrilled with REN’s views on social issues.
OMG I was soooo happy to stumble across this!!!
Much love and mad respect ❤️❤️ #Ren and #Rosalie
I love him so much. He's such a doll.
Wonderful interview Rosalie! I got a little misty eyed myself! Thank you for having Ren in for a chat and reminding us all to dance in the light!
Ren has a beautiful soul, blessed with the skill of telling life stories, a very smart man,we are all blessed with knowing his work and knowledge
what a pleasant surprise to find this. You are both amazing. Good to see the interaction!
Many times people who have horrible experiences are those who have a clue of what is really important...Ren is one who learned very early.
These lyrics came to my mind watching this interview ❤️
"You argue and you bicker and you fight.
Atheists and Catholics, Jews and Hindus argue day and night
Over what they think is true
But no one entertains the thought that maybe God does not believe in you
You pray so badly for Heaven
Knowing any day might be the day that you die
But maybe life on Earth could be heaven
Doesn't just the thought of it make it worth the try?
My love's the type of thing, that you have to earn
And when you earn it, you won't need it
My love's the type of thing, that you have to earn
When you earn it, you won't need it.
I'm not gonna' you love just 'cause I know that you want me to. If you want love then the love is gonna' come from you" Bo Burnham
Thanks!
Thank you so much!!
Wow! Incredible interview!!
Because I too suffer from extreme pain and ADHD, I’m rarely able to focus on anything for very long. This was so unbelievably interesting and flowed so well that I just realized that I made it straight through this whole hour long video and I enjoyed every second of it.
Ren is such a beautiful soul!!! His journey and art truly inspires me.
Thank you 🌹 and may God bless both of you!!!
🙂🙏💜✌️
Was für ein warmer, kluger Mensch und Künstler. Ein sehr interessantes und anregendes Interview 🙏!
I love what you said to Ren at the end...a beautiful broken glass mosaic. Also, loved his view of the tribal instinct to belong being used by the media to divide and polarize. I hadn't thought of it in those terms. I hope we can all get to the place of loving everyone as part of the human race. ❤
Humble, as he produces unbelievable tracks constantly....talented human being.
