You do this as if it was "quick and dirty" cause it's just for the shop. I recently made a drawer myself - took me half a day and was not half as precise as your qnd-drawers. Always a pleasure watching you at work, man. You're my motivation for the next drawer now, maybe that'll be a bit better - or quicker. Have a great day and stay safe :D

Interesting to watch you do the type of work that doesn't need to look nice. (it still looks nice, but not like a piece of fine furniture). Im the type who has trouble turning that off - which has benefited me in high-end workmanship. I struggle to do projects of this type in a timely fashion because of it, but I'm learning. Hopefully that station speeds up your work and makes it more enjoyable.

Nice job. I just stumbled across it and it was very impressive. I like how you didn’t rip it all down and start from scratch. You took what you had, erased a lot of the pencil lines to add new ones and built some new to add on. Nice!!!👍👍
Absolutely brilliant. A big unit, multi functional, plenty of storage. I'm looking forward to building my workshop and implementing some of your ideas that will also work for me.
I do love how Pask's 'upgrade' is still super-DIY out of duct tape and twine. (not sarcasm, I legitimately do love it, I've been trying to break myself out of the 'consumer mindset' that says if I need, say, a dust collection solution, I have to go out and buy one)
That was a great job! I am jealous over your new saw, when mine gives up I plan on getting one like it. I wish you would make a video on installing the drawer slides. They give me fits. It is just a hobby for me.
Never realised in all the time I have been watching that you are in Australia. Then I read further you are in Yandina!! After watching so many American Chanel’s it’s great to be able to support a local.
Great upgrade. I'm sure you'll enjoy that extra floor and organized storage space. Looks amazing. Also, glad to see you use push sticks on your table saw. I warned my brother for years to use them, but he always knew better than I. He cut off 2 fingers and his thumb on his left hand last month and they couldn't be reattached. Moral of the story is safety first.
Sorry to hear that. A SawStop could have prevented that injury from being so severe, but unfortunately the tech is patented and not as widely in use as it should be. I plan on purchasing one for myself one day, but as of now it's not financially feasible.
Great re-build. Looks like an entirely new case. I've built one of your smaller projects ( the table saw and router depth gauge ) and I love it. Thanks for the videos. I watch all of yours. I like your dogs.
Really well done makeover. I just started using Bosch power tools a couple years ago and I'm sold on them. As my old tools wear out, I'm replacing with Bosch. You will love it.
You've made those drawers look pretty smick with what looks like Bunnings CD non structural ply. Getting that stuff to sit square is a talent! Thanks for the video. Cheers, David
We've got the same saw for the same reason. There's a nice 5-minute upgrade to the vacuum inlet that increases dust collection quite a bit. All you need is some duct tape to add some more size to the inlet. Nice video, I'm redoing a shop cabinet, and will use some of your ideas.
This is such a comprehensive work, that the extending portion of the wall panel, beyond the desk (@ 3:49 seconds into video) will haunt me through my sleepless nights....

Yah but what part of OZ does that accent come from?
@@keithyoung7 Probably wasn't born here in Aus, but who is to say he isn't Australian? If you call this great land home, you're Australian.
@@lukecharlton122 Totally agree,
My point, I believe the inference was that his resourcefulness and skill set were due to his Austraian’nes. From his accent his skills were learned in mid/north England.
how did you do it???

Hi Neil, I just wanted to stop by and say thanks for making such great videos. It has inspired me to keep going and working on my YT channel. 👍 Keep up the good work
❤️👍🙏
Interesting to watch you do the type of work that doesn't need to look nice. (it still looks nice, but not like a piece of fine furniture). Im the type who has trouble turning that off - which has benefited me in high-end workmanship. I struggle to do projects of this type in a timely fashion because of it, but I'm learning. Hopefully that station speeds up your work and makes it more enjoyable.
It wasnt until the roos said "good morning" that I remembered... youre one of us!! Even though you talk funny, Im wrapped knowing my favourite woodsmith is an aussi, ... in a space where so many other greats are in the usa. 😂
Thanks Pasko.. yo da best !!
Nice job. I just stumbled across it and it was very impressive. I like how you didn’t rip it all down and start from scratch. You took what you had, erased a lot of the pencil lines to add new ones and built some new to add on. Nice!!!👍👍
Loved the dust collection port. Clever simple and effective
You sir are a true Craftsman. That is one beautiful workstation.
Thanks George! Sorry to hear about your brother, they really are a dangerous machine.
Un gran trabajo querido amigo, igual que todos los anteriores trabajos suyos, muchas gracias por mostrarlo, un saludo desde España 👍😀👍
I agree, they're excellent tools! I just bought a Bosch 12v drill and driver too. :)
Once again, you nail it! Love you recycling and using cast off for shop fixtures.
This is such a comprehensive work, that the extending portion of the wall panel, beyond the desk (@ 3:49 seconds into video) will haunt me through my sleepless nights....
Wow... You constantly amaze me, Pask! That upgrade is A-1, my friend!!!
You make me so jealous! Not only that you now have the Bosch GCM 12, which is on my shopping list, too, your miter saw station is well thought out and looks great. I take a lot of ideas for my shop as soon as I have my own Bosch GCM 12. Thank you for sharing. I love your channel because I can learn so much from you and you have such great ideas.
Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭
Despite this not being relevant to me, I really enjoy you and your channel. Glad I found you!
What an upgrade!! Despite being just some shop furniture you did a really awesome work Neil. Thanks for sharing and take care!!!
