Fancier furniture and ornaments around the walls and ceiling. ie: one of Gadhafi's palaces had all 24K gold door knobs and water fountains in bathrooms. This one is super spacious with lots of luxury amenities like hair salon and Bazar... but many of the decorative details are beautiful but not unique or fascinating cause a lot of Arab houses are like that
Honestly, Iraq had a lot of money before and even during Saddam's reign. Saddam had a reputation for driving his people into needless wara. The eight year war with Iran bankrupted the nation. And for what? What was the point of the war? With Kuwait, too. So I agree the Saddam shouldn't have lived like this, but every leader has a right to have atleast a little luxury. They lead a nation.
