Ingredients:-
* Oil (तेल) - 2 tsp
* Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1/2 tsp
* Garlic (लहसुन) - 1 tsp
* Ginger (अदरक) - some
* Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - as per taste
* Onion (प्याज) - 1
* Peas (मटर के दाने)
* Carrot (गाजर)
* Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च)
* Cabbage (पत्ता गोभी)
* Cauliflower (फूल गोभी)
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Turmeric powder (हल्दी पाउडर)
* Chili powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 tsp
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Potato (आलू) - 1 boiled,mashed
* Cottage cheese (पनीर)
* Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर)
* Dosa/Idli/Semolina batter (डोसा/इडली/सूजी बेटर)
* Salt (नमक) - as per taste
* Oil (तेल) - some
RECIPE:
In a pan, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Garlic, Ginger, finely chopped Onion, Peas, grated Carrot, Capsicum, Cabbage, finely chopped Cauliflower, some Salt, Turmeric Powder, Red Chili Powder, Mango Powder and Coriander Powder and let the veggies to be cooked for 3-4 mins on medium flame.
Then put the boiled and mashed Potatoes, some grated Cottage Cheese and some Coriander Leaves. In this way, filling will get ready. Keep it for cooling down.
Take some Dosa Batter, put some Salt in it. Keep a Tawa on the low to medium flame. Put some Oil on it and then put the Batter on it. Put the filling in the center and cover the filling by putting some more Dosa Batter on it. Cover it by a lid and cook it by using Oil and it will get cooked inn 3-4 mins.
Cut it in 2 halves and serve the tasty and healthy breakfast with some sauces.
