@Xt3RM1n4T36 Michael C Hall played a gay character on Six Feet Under and did a wonderful job with it. His comments suggest that he was frustrated when other people would preface what they were saying to ensure they came off as straight during his time spent playing a gay character. It certainly didn't come off as a slur, and I don't think I've ever heard Michael utter anything close to a homophobic comment. He has always been sensitive and wholly understanding about the complexity of sexuality.

Of course, he has now gone on to play a transgender person so I'm gonna say he's not at all against gay/trans people.
