What product/s you would recommend to strengthen the bonds / hair strands. From snapping and excessive shedding. I have low porosity hair 😢

Thank you 😊. I thought about going natural and changed my mind. I wear my hair in sleek ponytails all the time. I’m sure I would end up flat ironing my hair often and end up with heat damage 🤦‍♀️.
