I started bingeing the series once I saw this, and to go from the laggy screenshot-with-subtitles of the first short to fluid motions smoother than water from a river, it’s amazing to see how far this has come.
I literally have no words, but damn that was a very astonishing episode! Despite over the 2 year gap since last episode this really was an amazing episode. I especially like the fight scene it looked very cool along with how the swords changed colors within their perspective character. All in all amazing episode! Great work boon!
Flood Escape is one of my favourite games of all time. Adding this story to it makes it so impressive. I've rewatched the series so many times. Such a great series!
fun fact: recently for my own curiosity (and amusement), i figured out that to watch the entire shorts playlist (not counting any trailers or extra stuff) it would take about 159 minutes, or 2 hours and 36 minutes. this is, by _quite_ a bit, longer than a feature-length film, which usually range from 90-120 minutes, or an hour 30 to 2 hours. take this information as you will.. but this basically means that a "shorts" (i say that lightly lol) series basically about lego people is longer than a massive majority of movies you'd see in theatres 💀
Everything about this was spectacular. The animation was so expressive, the story leaves me wanting more, and it was refreshing to see the return of this series. Great work once again!

Amazing New FE2 Short BoonMoon l really love it its incredible well done for the amazing work you put in. Also l would like to tell you that Crazyblox went full Crazy mode he literally uploaded 61 new badges on FE2's Badges List. that includes all Easy,Normal and Hard badges and even the badges of Seasonal maps such as Polar lndustry,Northern Workshop and Eerie Peaks if Crazyblox made badges for Seasonal maps too so that means they will be added back to FE2 Permanently for Public Servers. There is also badges for pressing buttons,Drowning in water badges,Escaping maps badges,Daily Challenges badges,Escaping maps in a row without dying badges,Personal Best badge you have to beat the personal best in the same map you already played to get the badge and Lastly 5 new badges for Buying ltems in the shop for Coins or Gems.
as someone who watched all of these in succession after they came out i feel like theres a huge knowledge gap.. will it ever be explained how guide got onto crazy’s ship?? maybe its already been explained somewhere and i missed it i just wanna know what happened xD

this timeline is cool and all, but it really is corrupted. nothing points in base game to Crazy going evil in this way, or really anybody other than him and Guide existing as main characters. and of course… the Explorer. no, he should be called the Survivor now. the one who we play in the memories of. Flood Escape two is not a real place, but rather a mental recreation of a drowning survivor. This survivor was one who had survived the destruction event of Flood Escape One. He then goes through many “maps” of different “difficulties” (coping mechanisms) while trying to escape the lava, then acid. These would be the maps made by Crazy (on our side of reality; not the game story) in connection. Some are outliers, being Marred Dreams, a random dream which hints at the true nature of the “game,” and Fallen, which might be a mental breakdown as his world falls apart. My personal theory is this order of maps: Familiar Ruins, Beneath the Ruins, Cave System (because BtR ending looks like it is a room near the Insane Lift FE1, where you go down into CS), Abandoned Facility, Dark-Sci forest (I don’t know how it transitions. Maybe Fallen as a mental breakdown and trauma? Idk), Dark-Sci Facility, and No Light (unreleased). From there? Who knows. Along the way, he rescues guide but loses other members along the way, specifically at BtR when the music gets kinda emotional in the large room. This dying leads to his coping mechanism in FE2, as coincidentally things are then easier. People die? Easier. People make it? Nooow we start to raise it. From Cave System, people don’t die, and they get Abandoned Facility (An easier Insane) where some may die. Cut to DSForest, they’re getting god. But at DSFacility, many or all of them die. Then, No Light with few or only the Explorer. Also, as time goes on, maps have changed. Become more… realistic. More defined. And I argue, more remembered. This would be the Explorer remembering the events better, and Retro is remembering the memories. Maybe he is already aware. Story: Something I noticed in DSF: during the Sci-Virus tower, you caaan’t really see the top. Maybe, that’s because it’s *dark* . This implies that you literally can’t see the top, and wasn’t it night time? It’s as if the room was made to spread the virus up into the rest of the world. And do you know who’s logo is all over No Light? Crazyblox’s. So what’s my evidence for any of this? Speculation. I just think that the map system really operates like that, and someone in a lobby had pointed out that the lift music sounded cold, like someone drowning in a cold ocean. This sparked my brain to make this idea. I guess proof would be the random objects/rooms in the lobby, and the lift looking unreal and weird, as if it’s just a memory. Also, the soundtrack name for it: “Eternal Waves.” Creeepy, and it kinda hints towards that. Maybe there’s no *official* lore yet. But that doesn’t mean Crazy (on our side of the fourth wall) isn’t playing around with ideas. And another final thing: the random objects connect the maps. FR-BtR are connected to AF with that camera screen. AF connects with CS from a leitmotif in the track. And DSF-DSF-NL are connected with the two rooms with elements from the maps in the lobby
This feels like Star wars but with swords. Amazing fight scene. Amazing. I have a single problem with this: The walking animation feels too robotic, Guide just walks in a straight line without checking corners.
Amazing video... definately worth the wait. Also crazyblox's ship would be a cool comunity map to play through i mean i'm just saying (also no more 3 year wait pls)
