Hamsterball in 2023 (Part 3)

As mentioned in the video, I changed the "RaceData.xml" file to give myself 10 to 20 seconds more on each level so I'm able to both finish the tournament and get all of the secret buttons without running out of time.
One faithful day I might play the game normally with no cheats or modified files. Until then, I have one more part to upload later this week.

Well uhh... I don't have a PS3.
I can emulate the game on a PS3 emulator (like RPCS3) on my PC, but there's a weird process I have to deal with and it has a small chance that the game will even work.
