    After my mission in 1982, it was taught that the first priority was to get married and start a family. If not married soon, you would be considered a menace to society.

    Jesus loves big and spacious buildings. Billions spent on buildings is what Jesus would want

    I want someone to go to the temple and figure out why the profit seer and revelator didn’t foresee the 2020 pandemic.

      I want to know why he encouraged people to take the wuflu shot when it was so similar to the description of the Mark of the beast...... Literally encouraged people to abuse each other over a scam

      Yes... absolutely!. I thought the onset of covid would be a standard warning from the prophet seer and revelator of the COJCOLDS to receive revelation and warn the world or at least tell the members of the COJCOLDS what was coming but nah!. These leaders don't have any revelation skills let alone no discernment hence I think they're frauds and have no such special ability from God at all.
      What was more important to Rusty was hammering home the beef he had with Gordon Hinckley since the 80s about the name of the church, and biffing Gordy under the bus and invoking the will of the Lord in the process.
      Like...seriously which would scale in importance? The advent of covid, or the long dribble of the name of the church?.

    • @ufxpnv
      @ufxpnv 4 дня назад

      Because the church didn't have enough stock in Microsoft to attend Event 201 in the fall of 2019. That's why the prophet didn't predict the plandemic. The prophets also didn't predict WWI, WWII, the Soviet take over of Russia, the Vietnam war, the moon landing, Ford and GM making money off both sides of WWII, the cell phone, television, radio, the airplane, submarines (real submarines not the ones Joseph Smith made up in the book of Mormon), nuclear power, and so many other things that a real prophet would have knowledge of.

    I live in Cardston and I’ve been in the schools and they have individual stalls that are enclosed so we can’t see people using the toilets why can’t the church do that with its bathrooms?

    • @haroldwhite5761
      @haroldwhite5761 5 дней назад +3

      Maybe I'm wrong, but it seems like a United States/money-saving thing with partial doors on stalls.

    100-year-old Nelson dedicating the 200th temple. It is all performative. The prosperous emperor is strutted around pretending to be clothed in truth, righteousness and compassion, while the peasants are enthralled & distracted by another ostentatious whited sepulchre. Concurrently, there are homeless people & quietly desperate members outside the temple walls/fence in many temple located cities.

  • @TheSaintelias
    @TheSaintelias 5 дней назад +1

    Church can only build 6-8 temples a year so it will be decades to build and dedicate all the announced temples. As membership declines i wonder how many won’t be built?

    • @dl1130
      @dl1130 3 дня назад

      @@TheSaintelias I think the point of building is to use up some of the money they got caught and fined over. Regardless of church growth.

      @ possibly? They do have the money. I just feel like Nelson wants to out so hinkley and it’s a vanity project. But both work.

    I believe that a much more doctrinal position on the deficiency of unmarried single men stems from our teaching that unmarried sisters (through no fault of their own) will receive every blessing in the eternities that they have been denied in mortality. I learned this in institute and I protested that the promise should also apply to unmarried men (through no fault of their own). The presenter rather humorously went along with my proposition, they said that if an unmarried man asks a different woman to marry him every day of his life and they all say no, then sure, he too can have claim upon this promise. I think the implication is clear, single sisters have little to no control over their single status but single men are slackers that need to try harder.

    What's ironic is that I have seen videos of North Koreans speaking about Kim Jong Un on RUclips with the same reverence and emotion that Mormons speak about Russell M Nelson.

    All those temples and ward and stake center upgrades began in early to mid 90's after the church made a huge investment into the Las Vegas Strip development. That brought billions in returns.
    How about section 7 of the Doctrine and Covenants? Is John the beloved an apostate to Christ or is the Mormon Church true? How can the church have restored the gospel that was taken from the earth yet John was given eternal life to spread the gospel.

Instead of discouraging single members from going to other words in order to see if there are any single people in there ward that they might be interested in dating. Telling an eldest member that they must stay in their own word Every sunday..to Me is not fair
