Very good. I have a question, if you are so kind. s it possible to limit TSAPI connections from Avaya EAS so that a limited number of agents can log in, which is lower than the number of licenses we have purchased? This is because, during peak hours, the CMS warns us that the reporting system will be blocked on a specific date. The error message in Spanish is as follows, and I will provide the translation:
    Avaya CMS Supervisor
WARNING: CMS is in license error mode. License violation(s):
    Agent limit exceeded
You have until 11/6/2023 13:17:00 -03 to resolve the errors before CMS enters restricted license mode and becomes unusable.
