i loveee your asmr so much this is really good especially for me as i have a lack of focus and I'm glad you had a lovely ester and i would love the sound of going on a walk with the dogs but i can't do that rn as my dog is not well but ty for this as I'm very stressed with exams etc but this made it alot better thank and can every appreciate how Elena always takes her time out to do these lovely videos

Thank you for the video Elena, I listened while playing on my ps4 and it was really relaxing🙂 P.S ignore the essay below just venting into the void haha Quick vent because I don't rlly have anyone to talk to lol- I got a filling about 2 weeks ago, and it's been hurting badly ever since. Currently the only pain medication we have on hand is headache medication which does help the pain, but it has caffeine in it. The problem is I need to take some before bed or else the pain will keep me up, but then the caffeine keeps me up anyways. Kinda at a loss of what to do, can't get any other pain medication until probably Tuesday or Wednesday🥹
Omg that sucks :( I usually do this to break pain: take 2 Tylenol extra strength (then after 4 hours take 2 ibuprofen), then after 6 hours take 2 more Tylenol and so on. And if it’s really bad I take 2-3 Advil w/ 1 Tylenol extra strength but that’s for emergencies only! I’m no doctor tho! But I do face a lot of chronic pain 😅
