Two or three drones from Israel hit the target, a military airport far inside the country near a nuclear plant. Israel is showing what they can do if they are pressed to do so. Iran's indiscriminate launch of around 300 ordinances failed to hit the targets. It was a smart move from Israel, because it also shows that they are no terrorists like the barbarian Iranian regime.
Iran purposely notified the US, UK and Israel of the attack, when it was coming and the parameters of the attack do there wouldn't be damage. It was a attack to save face, not to cause damage. You must be new to international politics.

Let's get things accurate: It was Israel which commenced aggressions by committing an objective act of war on Iran by bombing its consulate in Damascus. The efforts to call the consulate a terrorist hiding place are disingenuous and puerile. It was a diplomatic site and protected absolutely by the laws of war. Israel demonstrates regularly its disregard for international laws and conventions by its attacks. Iran waited over a week before responding, and did so in a measured and well anticipated way. They even gave secret notice through diplomatic channels. Iran behaved in a gentlemanly manner. Israel has acted like a petulant bully, all the while bombarding and starving a civilian population in Gaza.
