Those text books look fun! Contract law is terrific. You may come across some interesting old English legal cases on formation of contracts eg Carlill v Carbolic Smoke Ball Company [1893] 1 QB 256 and the meaning of an invitation to treat versus a binding offer!. First contract case I studied and from that moment on, I knew I'd love commercial law. Lots of luck.
Yes, the old English ones are so fun - we actually just read Carlill a couple weeks ago! We've read multiple cases in Torts as well including Rylands v. Fletcher and Vaughan v. Menlove. Thank you so much and hope you're doing well!!
im impressed that you manage to both work and study, im barely holding on in my shitty uni degree
Yay!! Sounds like you’re going to learn a ton!
That's a good start to the semester. Good show, thank you.
are you working during law school? can you tell us more about that :)
Yes of course, that's a really good idea!! I'll try to make a video sometime in the next few weeks about how I balance it :)
This kinda makes me want to go back to uni
