- Tim Walz and JD Vance will meet for their first and possibly only vice presidential debate on Tuesday, in what could be the last debate for both campaigns to argue their case before the election.
The debate in New York hosted by CBS News will give Vance, a Republican freshman senator from Ohio, and Walz, a two-term Democratic governor of Minnesota, the chance to introduce themselves, make the case for their running mates, and go on the attack against the opposing ticket.

Surprisingly these 2 were closer on views than expected. Congrats to both men on a amicable debate. Nice to see 2 candidates debate the facts without name calling. It would be nice to be able to bring our divided country together. Sticking point was Vance's inability to answer whether Trump lost the election. The vice president can only offer his views but ultimately, if the president is Trump, Vance can do nothing. Pence tried to keep under the radar with Trump and almost got himself hung. Not surprisingly he's not supporting Trump this election.

Fortunately we are 100 years ahead. Women have careers and usually make more money than men. Men should also stay home to care for children.
The number one threat we face is summed up in one word: TECHNOCRACY. If a political candidate will not squarely address this very obvious threat, I don't care about anything else they have to say. Technocratic governance is the threat WE ALL FACE.
The child care “crisis” has been a topic for 30 years. Everyone says they care etc etc. it won’t be fixed, a child credit on your taxes will not fix it either. Maybe help a little but not fix. Probably just a distraction from the real issues like Ukraine, Israel, China, Russia. Why weren’t these discussed?
Kamala’s 25% tax on unrealized income should’ve been discussed as well.
