Will that be the case for every other driver, or was this an exception because of ranks? Where does the law allow for special permission due to ranks. Well I am in Finland, young people not driving they have public transportation 18-28/30
And too old people
If young person is driving he has learned it from home, and becomes professional from public institutions 2-4 years learning how to drive
For individuals learning driving license 1-2 years..... you should have driving knowledge already from home from your family
Is 2019/2023 they start to consider young people to access get everything
Before they worked as assistants/ on job training yes it pays
For example you study in Namibia professional driving
For 3 years
And comes to Finland you must repeat driving studies again for 15 months to 2 years!
Books& grandparents knowledge ❤is a blessing
