But it is sad to say most of our jcos/ours doesn't know how to calculate their pay or pension and they are always depend on their babuji or clerk but in sig corps most of all operators do the clerical duties and they are well aware of the pay and allces just like me. I have lodged several court cases in high court as well as AFT Kolkata for the justice of ex servicemen and they got the justice. After my retirement I doing this social deed without any money sometimes I spend from my pocket.However you every video is very useful for the a servicemen. Thanks
Premature is very best option if you have good qualifications...me SKT se 16 year me PMR liya without commute...or aaj with in 5 months me Inter college me lecturer hun 48000 basic start except allowance..and 22000 Pension Basic... overall 70000 basic PMR + education ki bajeh se hi possible hua... firstly comlpete your education...then must be plan PMR.... today i taking 1 lac plus..and services security up to 62 year age...Joki kabhi possible tha nhi army me as a PBOR or JCO...but now feel relax ...but thanks to Army...jiski support se hi aaj ye prapt hua...Jai Hind

Simple calculation- basic pay as on discharge date( basic pay+ MSP+ Xpay(if any)+ class pay)÷2 ie. 41600+5200+6200(if any) +600 (approx) = asume 25000+DA(34% as of now) without commutation
Sir, Why have you added disability commutation and disability pension here ? It is applicable to disabled personnel only. To make the figures attractive, wrong facts have been added here. It will be misguiding to some innocent people. Kindly don't do so.

Other than LMC plz dont consider Disable element , it is automatically understood. in addition if some one does not take commutation that is more beneficial bcoz on commutation you are being get charge @ 7.5 % to 8% interest.
