I like the island, NOT THE HOUSE! The house is topsy-turvy to me, no RHYME OR REASON! If I were to buy this island, I will DEMOLISH all the buildings and build a "typical" Island house.

Ive heard yung reason of selling ng owner. Foreigner na nkapag asawa ng tga batangas my dog sila na anak na turing nila sadly namatay yung dog. Kaya nalungkot yung couple and they decided to sell their island kase nga maraming memories with their fur babies😭

There’s a right way to go about things and then, this way. Feels like the entire island has been desecrated. Hopefully, the new owner, can really bring out the natural beauty. It will definitely take a lot of work and $$$ to really make it sparkle.
