    Love the video! I have a question: What about fermented drinks like kombucha? I drink it pretty regularly instead of eating fermented foods. Is that just as good or should I go back to incorporating more sauerkraut and kimchi back in my diet? I started eating those less because I was worried about my sodium intake.
