- I'm lucky enough to go to the Disney parks for my job every single week -- usually multiple times. Because of this, I have my all-time favorites -- and least favorites in the theme parks. And today I'm sharing them all with you!
Come with me (Molly!) across the country to Disney California Adventure, as I reveal the best rides, eats, and entertainment. But there's a twist -- I can only pick one thing for each land, which makes for some very tricky decisions. With fan-favorite lands such as Avengers Campus, Pixar Pier, and Cars Land there is a lot to choose from! What will be on top? Only one way to find out!

Molly’s Favorite Things is becoming one of my fave series. We think of the parks as a whole sometimes, but breaking it down by land to pick the best stuff really makes you think of what’s worthy in each land. Add this video to one I will be rewatching and taking diligent notes during for my upcoming trip
It might be fun to do a Molly's "Why is this a thing?" series, in which Molly finds superfluous, ridiculous, nonsensical, we don't need it but we love it things in the parks. Or Molly finds things that are dated, strange, need a refurbishment, a replacement or just don't fit where they live.

My favourite part in the series of 'Molly's Favourite Things' are what you're using as a pen in the "very real footage" of you reading the map and marking your favourite in each land...this one is the best imo.

The main theme music for this version of World of Color is done by one of my all-time favorite artists, Cody Fry. His music is gorgeous, and he's talked about how getting to work for/with Disney was a dream come true for him. Hopefully they find a way to keep this around after the 100th celebration is over

I really really really wish that Disneyland kept soarin over california full time. It seems so original for the park. I don’t understand how they can’t have multiple video scenes. It would be nice to have it like guardians in Epcot where you don’t know what you’ll get until it starts. Or shuffle it up a bit! It’s been the same for too long…

DCA truly is a Cinderella story of a theme park. From the absolute worst to my absolutely favorite Disney Theme Park! Love Molly’s Favorite Things West Coast style!
Right before you introduced World of Color, I was like "Molly is for SURE gonna be crying". CA is my home Disney park and it is truly magical. World of Color is something else.

Molly and Alan, the cheese brand, "Sartori Bellavitano" is sold at grocery stores. They have a merlot, chardonnay, KY Bourbon! Rosemary/olive oil, and Espresso cheese. You must try them! A perfect addition to your next charcuterie~

My first time at California Adventure was in 2001, only like three months after it opened. I loved Soaring over California and California Screaming (Incredicoaster now). I actually rode Superstar Limo. The park has come a long way since then!

Was so excited to see this because I am heading to Disneyland for the first time in two weeks! Also, I was laughing at Molly saying that Soarin is every mom’s favorite ride because I took my mom to WDW for the first time in Demember and she HATED Soarin. She was absolutely terrified and said it was the only ride there she would never go on again 😂

I have only ridden Soarin' Over California, I really enjoy the orange grove scene! It is what sticks out the most.

The absolute worst food and service I have had in my life was the LAST meal I had at Lamplight Lounge. Never again. I know most people love it but my last experience was HORRIBLE and not willing to risk it again.

I love that at the end of Soarin’ Over California, when they end at Disneyland it is Christmastime which is different from the end of Soarin’ Around the World at DCA.

Also, Cocina Cucamonga is definitely not Tex-Mex. It’s just Mexican. And if anything, it’s California Mexican food. Tex-Mex style Mexican food is as “Mexican” as Taco Bell is.

I’d like to submit a couple suggestions for best thing in Grizzly Peak when Soarin goes back to Around the World. First, the path through Grizzly River Run, kind of a secret, is akin to some of the most peaceful spots in AK. Also, Smokejumpers has one of my favorite food items on property: bacon cheeseburger fries. Also, they have beer on tap, and you can mobile order. Either of those seems like it would score high on a Molly list.

Molly. Thanks for all this. Which is the best off site hotel for Disneyland? Taking walking distance, cost, convenience ( next to food outlets), safety, and cleanliness into consideration
I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo and it was great! It was clean, the rooms are hotel style (not motel), it’s close to all of the food, and about a 10 minute walk to the parks. ✨

I absolutely loved DCA when it 1st opened but do enjoy it now, despite the fact I am not a Marvel fan.
