The solo melted my face
A better example of the song as a whole would be the Warped Tour 2003 version. It's brutal.
This is a better version if you don’t like his screaming that much like me. I’m not a fan of his screaming in wtf, but I appreciate the talent it takes to do that.
@@itzrob8740 Unfortunately, they only played half of the song, Syn botched the solo, and Shadows didn't hit the high note. It's great, but the breakdown in the middle is too emotionally important to miss. I think the Warped Tour version is a great middle ground because Matt's vocals are comprehensible and you can see how much emotion is on his face. Here, you can't see his eyes, backing vocals were cut, and it feels like they only played it to fit another Waking the Fallen song onto the setlist. I don't like it a lot when artists shorten songs or turn them into medleys. They had plenty of time to play anything they wanted at their own show. That said, I understand why a lot of people prefer this version.
@@chrismeadows4216 the warped tour version is my second favorite, and yeah ik they only played half the song, and syn fucked up the solo, I just prefer Matt’s singing voice to his scream. And also during the “woah” part Matt didn’t do the scream part that I actually like

Powerful stuff, fam. I wish they'd had Rafa film the 2016 shows before The Stage came out. Second Heartbeat was record quality around that time.

This is from their 2nd album....this is the 1 that got them to warped tour....which is a dream come true for upcoming bands in their genre. you can tell the riffs and vocals are much different. 💯🌶🔥

If u r not a fan of screaming, don't react to their older stuff then bruv, especially on Sounding The Seventh Trumpet album and Waking The Fallen album. This one belong to Waking The Fallen album if i'm not mistaken 😂
This and unholy confessions are the only two of their very early songs that I like, but I appreciate the talent Matt has to be able to scream like that.

This is an interesting version of the song, bc although its a fantastic version, its nothing like the original and cuts out about two minutes of the studio version

The youtube videos don't do justice for this concert (You hear a little whooshing sound in the YT videos.) I highly suggest getting the actual DVD of LIVE LBC, the audio sounds so much better!

I don't like this version cause they cut out a big part of the song, idk why
They shortened it because they wanted to have more focus on the new songs from City of Evil and Avenged Sevenfold and limit Matt's screams a little. He had just started screaming again more regularly after 3 years of not doing it at all. Part of the solo was also cut out because Gates totally messed up. You can catch that by looking up Second Heartbeat (Long Beach).
