You had cool bizarre and wacky stuff like Katamari Damacy, Parappa the Rapper, and Seaman, among other extremely unique games like NiGHTS into Dreams, Jet Set Radio, and Lack of Love. I think that with the advent of 3D graphics in console games and the bigger space of CD-ROMs it allowed for game creators to be more inventive with their game ideas, and I think it's a bummer that you don't see stuff this creative in mainstream video games nowadays. Of course, a lot of these games weren't perfect, since when trying new stuff like this it often ends up janky in retrospect (like Parappa 1 for instance) but I find it kinda charming actually. You never quite know what you're gonna get with these old games and that's what I find fascinating about games like these. I do think indie games are now filling this niche, though they seem to be more about reinventing old genres than doing completely new and strange things, but there's plenty of strange and new ideas too. You ended that comment just fine--more than fine, in my opinion...can't go wrong with "you can bounce off a giant pair of boobs!" The skating game where I guess you can do this in is called Go! Go! Hypergrind for the GameCube, and I think it was a North American exclusive. Apparently, Spumco worked on some interesting fishing game for the PS2...anyway, I do agree with what you say about the late 90s and early 2000s era of gaming--it's my favorite era for just those reasons...and nostalgia, too, I suppose.

Uninhibited _Ren and Stimpy_ creator Spumco coupled with quirky experimental Japanese game design...SOLD, to the man in the front drooling on himself (hey, that's me!!) At first glance of the cover it certainly is an off-putting Western style, and I thought it was perhaps Susumu Matsushita's work poorly rendered, but I'm more than happy and surprised to hear who it was instead! No matter how it plays, just the fact it exists is good enough for me. Those jiggle physics are top notch, and they did a fairly good job re-creating the style and fluidity of the characters in 3-D for the PS2 imo. Thanks for the kind words, and I'm glad to hear you like the style as well. Seems like it's been a little mixed in the comments section. Also, you're on point with your observation on the jiggle physics. There are other people who do things similar to me, not just Gaijillionaire (great channel, BTW), Kid Shoryuken, SerFlash, etc...trust me, they're out there!
Haha! Glad I stuck around till the very end ;) Great video Jimmy! And what a completely nutty game, wow. Something that would have never seen the light of day in the US for a variety of reasons. I enjoyed the outdoor filming as always and I liked what you did with the statues, clever. Also pretty nuts to see that the creator of Ren and Stimpy was involved in the animation! I enjoyed that show as well as a kid, to my parents distain haha... I'm not sure what to think of this game honestly, it looks fascinating and seems like it would be fun to play through with a friend a couple times. If only I spoke Japanese!
Thanks for checking it out--yeah, I guess there were a handful of factors barring this one from release, at least in the North American market. You can study Japanese with Andrew and make your way down to Japan next year. He's got a head start on you on account of him studying when he was in high school and flirting with Japanese chicks in Kailua, though...
Great finding! Had no idea Kricfalusi did collaboration with Japanese game devs. Oh and also I narrowed down the locations in your video so now I know where you live... I'm coming for you...
There are a few examples of it in the PS2 era--also, you're always welcome to come on over and hang...well, at least when I'm not entertaining the ladies, of course.
Now this seems like a weird, crazy game! :D The only time I heard about it previously was in the context of its art being made by Spumco. Rolly kind of reminds me of the lady in Goemon games who turns out to be a bearded man who just covers his face with a fan. :D
Your videos keep getting better every time. This game looks hilarious with friends. Not that I didn't laugh a shit ton while watching your solo gameplay! That art is so distinctly Ren and Stimpy. Thanks for digging into it, cause that would have bothered the hell out of me. The Sexy Boy Lolly is so fucking funny getting caught in the tub shaving. That look on her face! Is she more worried about being caught in the tub or shaving her apparent beard? Of course, I love the outdoor shots. The retired train looks cool. I'd rather have that than the stupid rail... The statue looked dope in her new headset. Her lack of clothes though? ASCII makes killer controllers. Their ASCII Pad for the SNES is my favorite controller. I even plug it into my PC for modern games like Risk of Rain. You've picked some weird, obscure games lately to feature on your channel. Makes me wonder what bizarre thing you have planned next? Excellent video, Jimmy!
Thanks for watching, Andy--I would say that I love your outside shots, too, but...it's been too long. Next thing is so weird and obscure, I didn't even think this game was strange at all...I played that game right before Mariko, so I guess that affected my judgment. You'll see...and take that lovely Hawaiian rail all the way to Japan and we can play this game together and have a hilarious time, brah!
Hey Jimmy, out of sheer curiosity I fiddled with that URL link on the way back machine. It wasn't Mariko.4649.com It was just Mariko4649.com. Found some nostalgic stuff going all the way back to 2002. As for the game itself, it looks fun. I'm at a point where I can appreciate the work Jon K put into things while still condemning what he did to his staff and of course those poor girls. They were (are) my age. I remember wanting to send in drawing of Ren and Stimpy to Nickelodeon back in the day, but my mom had no stamps (at least none she was willing to give me for basically 'nonsense' to her). It's super weird to think I could've ended up like they did if I had... Also, I'm sorry I'm so late to the party. At some point in the last year RUclips unsubbed me from you...
Sounds like you dodged a bullet thanks to your mom's cheapness and/or lack of stamps, thankfully. If you can still enjoy his work then you shouldn't feel guilty about it, as long as you don't give him any more of your money.
You know, I never gave it that much thought, but I suppose this is pretty weird...probably didn't cross my mind since the game I played right before it to capture footage for was ten times as strange (was originally going to be a multi-title video).
12:11 Dude yes I got the same thing. I thought it might be an emulator flaw or I didn't do a good job ripping the disk but yea. Garbled lines. And the thing is it doesn't even mess up the same lines every time but some may work sometimes and fails at others and vice versa.
@@ImportGamingFTW Mystical Ninja starring Goemon is my number defense for the N64, cute graphics, funny humor, solid gameplay and one of the best soundtracks in video game history.
Quite technically impressive, especially for an early PS2 title, and probably within the last wave of experimental genres, for which the PS1, Saturn and Dreamcast were notorious for... Now you can find cult-like, underground-type games only through Indie devs, on Steam, but they are almost always based on those foundations and never sit quite the same way, as they're much more predictable. The good thing about them is that they play much better/intuitively, which is part of the predictability and respective reference to the inspirations - - it never feels truly original (like now, the City-Pop and Vapor-Wave scene merging with the gaming scene, using retro-color schemes). A good example of not-original-but-perfected-and-respected-source-material are Cuphead; Sonic Mania and Undertale. Referenced concepts but really good execution (Projects like Cuphead, in which some of the devs had to mortgage their houses twice, show a rare level of commitment, for 7 years, reminiscent of the first Gran Turismo and Shenmue, both taking 5 years to develop and both having the Directors sleeping in the office...) You can only achieve true freedom-of-expression when not having to worry about taboo topics that your platform might censor, and that wasn't as much as an issue back in the 90's - early 2000's, even if your Publisher was one of the most prolific.
Would have been awesome if it were released in the west. Might have been one of those shocking and shunned but fondly remembered games like the guy game, leisure suit larry and rumble roses hahaha
Definitely! I wonder if the reasons why it wasn't ported were because of a perceived lack of a market, some of the arguably insensitive depictions of certain characters, or how much of a pain in the ass it would be to reprogram the voice functions into English and other languages?
@@ImportGamingFTW Probably reworking the language would have been the biggest reason it was not released over seas. The racial stereotypes would probably have slipped under the radar more back then than it would today. Especially since there was no RUclips and other social media to cover the game. I have N2 level of Japanese proficiency so I absolutely must get my hands on a copy of this. I love the Ren and Stimpy art style and the lowbrow sense of humor!!!
Hahahahaha Jimmy I missed your "review" voice (well except for the end haha) Definitely one of my fav review, the game seems fun! I would have to work on my Japanese to enjoy it though. Take care!
I'm pretty sure I know who this is--nice choice in name and avatar, ha ha. And thank you for watching, of course! Work on your Japanese to enjoy Japan as well whenever you make it out.
This game seems cool, but I've never been a big fan of voice command games. Speaking ov voices, I swear I've heard the singer in the Bloody Highschool trailer before. It definitely sounds like Joe Lynn Turner but I cant find him credited.
Thanks man, and I *think* that's how it's pronounced...even double checked by watching an old documentary where the interviewer/narrator pronounces it that way...but then I found another where it's pronounced with a hard c...so who knows?!
so a virtual actor game? huh that's a new one on me I'm surprised that more people haven't tried something like that, say on kinect or something?! Seems like a fun experience, though I'd probably be lost on that final stage without knowing enough kanji (and not having the button mode to fall back on, apparently :( ) looking forward to seeing what's new in act 2, though!
From what I tested, the ASCII headset worked best. The Seamic controllers were fine, but tended to cut out more, if I recall. Those pink Audition microphones were the worse, volume was so low...I guess that's because they're designed to be sung into...or they're just cheap!
Ooh, I'm looking forward to that--I may never do a video on it just for that reason, too! (Not really, I still want to do it...just need to get a PS Move for the COMPLETE review)
I love these quirky and obscure games, I gotta learn Japanese one day so maybe I can finally play them myself... Also, I soo badly wanna know the other ps2 game titles when you went to pick this one up on the shelf.
Study, and good luck. Also, those games, at least the ones without English on the spine, are *lemme cue up the video*: Boku wa Chiisai (a future IGFTW episode), Poinie's Poin (ditto, maybe), McDonald's Original Happy Disc (promo Parappa/Ape Escape game), Magical Pachinko Cotton (talked about in the Pachinko Games episode), Monster World Complete Collection (great compilation from M2), Yoshinoya (cancelled IGFTW episode, still might do it as the script/gameplay has been prepped for years), Love Aerobics, Smash, & Ping Pong (sexy Simple Series budget games) and one of the Lupin the III games on the system.
@@ImportGamingFTW Woah, wasn't actually expecting an answer, thanks a lot! :p Oh, I actually have two ps2 lupin games, it's probably one of those, or maybe it's another one that never got translated... I'll be sure to check them out, thank you. :3
I try to reply to every comment I receive, so no biggie--plus, you asked a question I was more than happy to answer. Hope you check the remaining games out sometime, they're MOSTLY good.
I tried to look up Deka Voice, but the only thing I found was a single trailer and a few screenshots. Seriously, the game has barely any information despite the fact that it was apparently released.
That's surprising, it's a pretty cool game and I would have thought more people have "discovered" it by now...although I didn't know about it until a year and a half ago or so when a viewer told me about it.
No, they're not related as far as I know, but it's funny, I thought the same thing, and almost photoshopped the cover to one of those games when I mention the rhythm game-esque controller mode controls in this video.
Its amazing how contrasted the east and west are. The ideas of whats proper or not is hilariously skewed between the two, yet theres good and bad in both cultures. Ya got my sub though!
You can listen to most of the game's music in the options menu, which is where I recorded it to use for this video. If I ever make a second channel for gameplay and miscellaneous stuff, I'll upload some tracks there.
What if another 90's Cartoon Veteran like say Joe Murray the creator of Rocko's Modern Life and Cartoon Network's Camp Lazlo or Craig McCracken the creator of both The Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends and Disney Channel's Wonder Over Yonder designed Characters for a Videogame similar to the one featured in this video ????
That would've been pretty awesome, especially regarding Joe Murray--Rocko's Modern Life was probably my favorite of all the "Nicktoons" back in the day!
Cool, thanks. By the way, how do you play US Dreamcast games (original and MIL-CDs) on a japanese Dreamcast? Is there a boot disk for it? That game is disguised as cute but it's brutal! God bless, Proverbs 31
Clearly no doubt there was no objection in Japan to that either. Perhaps having free creative reign is what prompted such a partnership? Overseas where it wouldn't touch his already failing career stateside no less.
Its racist when someone from other race drew stereotypical american that way. But its not racist if the american are the one who did it. Typical american double standard bullshit. Those people only want to imitate american style of art.
Such a shame this never got released in the west but I can kinda see why they didnt bother. I mean, take Lifeline is enough of a mess without translation going inbetween of it all to make a simple game super frustrating, when you Rio WON"T PICK UP THE GODDAMN PIECE OF PAPER WHEN I SAY SO.
Haha, it's stuff like this that makes me think that Japan is the most racist first world country on earth. It's amazing what they can get away with. Can you imagine if this game was made in the USA? There would be lawsuits galore! I don't know whether this is awesome or an abomination. Either way, it's pure gold. Japan never disappoints.
I guess there were marketing factors that mainly prevented it from coming out. Also, while the art direction and character designs were done by Spumco, pretty much everything else was made by Japanese devs...a cool collaboration.
I would imagine that since Sony was the publisher, they called all the shots...but someone down in the comments mentioned that John K. regrets working on this game, so if there was any input, perhaps it would have been on the side of keeping it Japan-only.
@@ImportGamingFTW Knowing what we now know about John K. since you're video was published, it really makes me wonder if his regret had something to do with him misunderstanding Japan's age of consent laws. As I understand it, while at the nation level it was absurdly low (i.e., the same age as the girls John K. groomed), this was overridden by the more reasonable laws at the prefecture level. (I've heard the national age has also been increased recently.)
So has the competition winners been picked yet, or are you one of those annoying youtubers that backs out because you didn't like the results obvious by me calling you out will most likely have me kicked out of the running, but I atleast I want somebody to win
"Annoying RUclipsrs"...? How dare you call me a "RUclipsr!" Gross. But anyway, not sure if you're having a bad or negative day, but you're not "kicked out," and I'm not backing out. I was hoping to live stream it, but couldn't get things set up, so it will be part of the next pick ups video I do before the end of the year.
@@ImportGamingFTW Ok don''t do that, making yourself look like the victim. You gave a date to announce the winner and even after that you on a past stream you said wouldn't be long after that. It's not hard to make a quick video saying who is the winner and I'm sorry if I sound like a bad guy it's just because I've experience and witness this over a dozen times and if it wasn't for people like me it would be forgotten in general. Also don't say I'm still in running, because we know the choice isn't random and honestly I'm fine with that. Who's making who look like a victim here? Not sure how you came to that conclusion, but I guess you misinterpreted my joke about being called a "RUclipsr" as me being serious. Anyway, I don't think you sound or are a bad guy, you're probably a nice guy, and it seems like you've had some bad experiences with people on RUclips in the past. Well anyway, of course I would have preferred to have done the drawing sooner rather than later, unfortunately, I missed the deadline the first time. I didn't want to just make a quick video announcing the winners, since I wanted to do something "special" for it--and that doesn't mean rigging the results or whatever kind of cynical scenario you are insinuating. The winner will be a random pick from a pile of names, just like the last time I did a giveaway. I've had the names of all the entrees printed out, cut up, and in my Dragon Quest slime hat since the very end of June, and it's been in my closet since, and I see it almost every day, so it's been bugging me to get it done for awhile. And as far as the prizes being "awesome and unique," that's just because I want people to enjoy the same things I do, which is why I specifically picked up doubles of most of those items--to give to people as a token of appreciation for subbing to my channel. Anyway, TLDR, the giveaway is definitely not forgotten, just delayed--you'll see the results in the next pickup video, which should be out this month--and you're in the running, so good luck!

Great video Jimmy!
Never heard of this before, fantastic video thanks!
You're welcome, thanks for watching! Glad you learned about a new game!
Good to see a new video from you, Jimmy!
Thanks man, it's good to put one out!
Am so glad I wasn't only one looked at that opening looked like R&S style
Yep, it's pretty much it's own thing, eh?
Holy shit, Jerry's english accent sounds like the Serect Yer Cur voice over from Jojo's Bizzare Adventure.
Best part: 14:20
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... lol
Arkansas
Jimmy Hapa (Import Gaming FTW!) not Arkansas!!!! NOOOOOOooooo
You weren't kidding.
Pretty sure 19:35 is bud.
Awesome video! Have you ever played "Space Fishermen" on PS2? Spumco did the character designs as well.
No, but it looks amazing and it's on my radar now. Thank you for letting me know about it!
Wow, thanks for showing us such an interesting obscure title, Jimmy!
No problem, Sam--I'm glad you liked it!
New jimmy video. I know how I will spend my next 20 minutes.
I appreciate you spending those twenty minutes here!
エックセレント!!!
Didn't see this video when it dropped for some reason. I'm not sure if I should blame RUclips, or my lack of sub box perception.
サンクス! And it's probably RUclips's problem, those fuckers!
Tony giving Jimmy a run for his money as most historically accurate representation of an oriental gentleman
Please. Only in my wildest and most coked-out dreams could I ever aspire to look THAT dapper.
Cool episode! Good job making it.
Thank you, I had fun making it!
What the name of the song at 0:11?
Hey I have this game! Some fucking weeb gave it too me. No joke, this is the most odd game you've covered so far.
Sounds like you might owe this weeb some kind of sexual favors.
Now this seems like a weird, crazy game! :D The only time I heard about it previously was in the context of its art being made by Spumco.
Rolly kind of reminds me of the lady in Goemon games who turns out to be a bearded man who just covers his face with a fan. :D
Ha ha, yep, but at least Rolly shaves!
This is officially one of, if not the weirdest episode
You know, I never gave it that much thought, but I suppose this is pretty weird...probably didn't cross my mind since the game I played right before it to capture footage for was ten times as strange (was originally going to be a multi-title video).
14:20 is where Jimmy’s real life biography starts.
That revelation was told to you in confidence...I can't believe you'd break my trust like that.
12:11
Dude yes I got the same thing. I thought it might be an emulator flaw or I didn't do a good job ripping the disk but yea. Garbled lines. And the thing is it doesn't even mess up the same lines every time but some may work sometimes and fails at others and vice versa.
It must just be the programming, then--bad QA, I guess! Thanks for letting me know, I thought it might have been my discs or system!
This soundtrack sounds fucking Ace
There are some really good tracks, for sure. If I ever get around to making a second channel, I'll upload the music there.
@@ImportGamingFTW I'm pretty sure every single game you've ever covered on the show has a great soundtrack The Goemon Games especially
Oh yeah, the Goemon games never disappoint in the OST department!
@@ImportGamingFTW Mystical Ninja starring Goemon is my number defense for the N64, cute graphics, funny humor, solid gameplay and one of the best soundtracks in video game history.
Konami's track record for the N64 may have been odd but they mailed the N64's sound hardware.
Referenced concepts but really good execution (Projects like Cuphead, in which some of the devs had to mortgage their houses twice, show a rare level of commitment, for 7 years, reminiscent of the first Gran Turismo and Shenmue, both taking 5 years to develop and both having the Directors sleeping in the office...)
You can only achieve true freedom-of-expression when not having to worry about taboo topics that your platform might censor, and that wasn't as much as an issue back in the 90's - early 2000's, even if your Publisher was one of the most prolific.
Amazin video as always, my boy!
Thanks, brah!
Hahahahaha Jimmy I missed your "review" voice (well except for the end haha)
Definitely one of my fav review, the game seems fun!
I believe it's Jeff Scott Soto, who is also a rock guy.
You are doing gods work
Ha ha, well, in a world where His work is forgotten, We must rise above and spread the gospel!
This is sooo cool! So that’s how you pronounce ‘Kricfalusi’ 😂. Such a great art style. Awesome video as always!
Thanks man, and I *think* that's how it's pronounced...even double checked by watching an old documentary where the interviewer/narrator pronounces it that way...but then I found another where it's pronounced with a hard c...so who knows?!
@@ImportGamingFTW You were right, the c in slavic languages is pronounced softly like that. Well done.
Great video!
Thank you!
so a virtual actor game? huh that's a new one on me I'm surprised that more people haven't tried something like that, say on kinect or something?! Seems like a fun experience, though I'd probably be lost on that final stage without knowing enough kanji (and not having the button mode to fall back on, apparently :( ) looking forward to seeing what's new in act 2, though!
Thanks, I'll cover Act 2 in some form or another...at least that's the plan.
キャー!lol, been awhile! Hope your doing well! Thanks fee the great review as usual! Peace
きゃぁ~! Thank you!
This game definitely needs a remaster for next gen, quite good.
So what mic setup would you recommend to be the best?
From what I tested, the ASCII headset worked best. The Seamic controllers were fine, but tended to cut out more, if I recall. Those pink Audition microphones were the worse, volume was so low...I guess that's because they're designed to be sung into...or they're just cheap!
Great gal gun review. Worth the 2 year wait
I know you've been waiting for it, I can rest easy knowing you liked it!
@@ImportGamingFTW I will make it a habit to comment about gal gun on every video even after it gets made. Keep up the good work
Ooh, I'm looking forward to that--I may never do a video on it just for that reason, too!
Also, those games, at least the ones without English on the spine, are *lemme cue up the video*:
Boku wa Chiisai (a future IGFTW episode), Poinie's Poin (ditto, maybe), McDonald's Original Happy Disc (promo Parappa/Ape Escape game), Magical Pachinko Cotton (talked about in the Pachinko Games episode), Monster World Complete Collection (great compilation from M2), Yoshinoya (cancelled IGFTW episode, still might do it as the script/gameplay has been prepped for years), Love Aerobics, Smash, & Ping Pong (sexy Simple Series budget games) and one of the Lupin the III games on the system.
@@ImportGamingFTW Woah, wasn't actually expecting an answer, thanks a lot! :p
Oh, I actually have two ps2 lupin games, it's probably one of those, or maybe it's another one that never got translated...
I'll be sure to check them out, thank you. :3
I try to reply to every comment I receive, so no biggie--plus, you asked a question I was more than happy to answer. Hope you check the remaining games out sometime, they're MOSTLY good.
Will Japanese import games like this one work on U.S. PS2 systems?
Well that was entertaining. Nice work.
I appreciate it, my pale friend.
That's quite the game you found there! Is it at all related to the Bust a Move / Bust a Groove games? The character models look similar.
No, they're not related as far as I know, but it's funny, I thought the same thing, and almost photoshopped the cover to one of those games when I mention the rhythm game-esque controller mode controls in this video.
A game Full of stereotypes is not something that would do well in the current age. But good finding!
A little fun(?) fact: "Branco" means white in Portuguese.
Its amazing how contrasted the east and west are. The ideas of whats proper or not is hilariously skewed between the two, yet theres good and bad in both cultures. Ya got my sub though!
Good lord, the uncanny valley is strong on those 3D models...... and yet I still strangely like it.
They're pretty sweet, in my opinion.
Where can I find the music for the game? It’s pretty good
You can listen to most of the game's music in the options menu, which is where I recorded it to use for this video. If I ever make a second channel for gameplay and miscellaneous stuff, I'll upload some tracks there.
Cool can’t wait
Big fan of this Game
Please do a video on DekaVoice in the future!
I might just do that, it's a pretty solid game from the couple of hours I've sinked into it!
That would've been pretty awesome, especially regarding Joe Murray--Rocko's Modern Life was probably my favorite of all the "Nicktoons" back in the day!
.... what fresh hell is this?!??!
What, this is fresh hell!!!!!
This game is bloody nightmare fule
Yes, and the horror pig revives now!
Okay, now I really wish i could speak and read Japanese. I love these dumb games.
Well, practice the reading part, and this game will help you with the speaking...to a point, anyway!
Cool, thanks. By the way, how do you play US Dreamcast games (original and MIL-CDs) on a japanese Dreamcast? Is there a boot disk for it?
That game is disguised as cute but it's brutal!
God bless, Proverbs 31
Considering how borderline rascist some of the character designs are, it's no surprise that John K had his hand in this. To each their own tho.
CuppaKofe its meant to be over the top, like old school looney tunes
Clearly no doubt there was no objection in Japan to that either. Perhaps having free creative reign is what prompted such a partnership? Overseas where it wouldn't touch his already failing career stateside no less.
Its racist when someone from other race drew stereotypical american that way.
But its not racist if the american are the one who did it.
Typical american double standard bullshit.
Those people only want to imitate american style of art.
@unsub so anime art style is racist because it depicted japanese people small eyes with big eyes
So I guess the blonde woman is supposed to be trans.
Well you're no Jamie Lee Curtis. ^_^
Ha ha ha, well, at least this game would have been a less frustrating experience...Rolly never needs to pick up any god damned pieces of paper.
@@ImportGamingFTW I'd love to be able to play it but the nonmicrophone mode seems like an afterthought and doesn't look fun
Yeah, if you do buy this, I would definitely recommend against controller play...it's as you say, a total afterthought, and not fun at all...
No wonder they didn’t released it in NA and PAL cause it’s weird AF 🤦🏻♂️😅
Ha ha, I suppose that was a big factor in the decision making process.
prob. had more to do with being perceived as racist, the way the black guy is drawn would get em in trouble.
.......Wot da zog?
Pretty much!
Idaho potato man........
No joke, I was tempted to flash a picture of you during that part...
KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Haha, it's stuff like this that makes me think that Japan is the most racist first world country on earth. It's amazing what they can get away with. Can you imagine if this game was made in the USA? There would be lawsuits galore! I don't know whether this is awesome or an abomination. Either way, it's pure gold. Japan never disappoints.
It would be quite the spectacle, that's for sure.
Damn, straight up blackface with those character designs
>most of the work done by western studio
>never made into English
Why the fuck
I guess there were marketing factors that mainly prevented it from coming out. Also, while the art direction and character designs were done by Spumco, pretty much everything else was made by Japanese devs...a cool collaboration.
@@ImportGamingFTW
Would Spumco not have had a say in whether it got translated, being as it was their work too?
You’re up late :P
You too, sir--I had to get this stupid video out, so what's your excuse? Ha ha, well, heading to bed now--you have yourself a good night!
In America you posted this during the middle of school
CorbininJapan sorry about your grandfather :(
So has the competition winners been picked yet, or are you one of those annoying youtubers that backs out because you didn't like the results
obvious by me calling you out will most likely have me kicked out of the running, but I atleast I want somebody to win
You have awesome and unique prizes compared to other youtubers who just game codes and other crap. Just do the right thing
PS
You upload and stream on youtube, don't pretend to be anything else
@@ImportGamingFTW Thats all I ask and I can understand how text speech can be misinterpretation, due to the fact you can't sense the tone. Good luck with your future endeavours
I never liked Ren and Stimpy and this looks even less interesting.
Everyone's got their own opinion though.
You do you, man.
