I have a silver Indian head penny it 1869 but it has black ink stamped on it and looks like the one you're showing 1st. Do you have any idea what it would be worth.? It also has ripped edges around it.
It is very likely a counterfeit. Take it to your local Commodities Banker and ask them to test it for you. (Or possibly your local pawn shop, and see if they're using an XRF Analyzer.) If its a genuine mint error it could go for several hundred to a thousand dollars or more at auction. Send it to NGC and find out. Good luck.
