I just don't understand why we don't hear this kind of worship in church nowadays. This is the kind of worship that kept the Black community together. We allowed people to change our worship to look like the club. No more robes for the choir and all upbeat music. God save us❤

It was more than likely a chant after a prayer...a lot of choirs sit while singing a chant unless it gets good to them and they can't take it no more...LOL!!!!!
yes he's still alive and directing, but he doesnt direct at fellowship anymore, there is basically a new staff of musicians that work under the new pastor
im not sure if he directs at another church or not, but he is one of the directors for a mass choir in chicago with loudella evans-reid and others,(sorry i cant remember the name of the choir right now). he is also pastoring now!
