    Therapeutic communication technique:
    Active listening- (think, SURETY)
    S- sit facing client
    U- uncross arms/legs
    R- relax
    E- eye contact
    T- touch
    Y- your intuition

    If it's on the cards, the video is less than 8 minutes without the information you just gave, then give examples instead of saying you can read more on the cards. I've spent more money on the cards just for the med surg and Ob alone. Take a few minutes more to explain a little more info. This helps me more than all my profs until the videos stop short. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Your content is very helpful and insm grateful. A minor difficulty i have is your frequently saying "cool chicken" -- a bit distracting.
