I've had a similar thing but it's my neighbors puting their trash outside on the driveway which we had a hugh black bear problem. Anyway i had to pick up so much trash from this mexican family across the street. I guy beside me is Puerto Rican. All the food and wrappers are in spanish. I initially wasnt sure if it was him or the Mexicans. So one day i noticed my next door neighbor and i asked if bears got into his trash can. He quickly pointed out that Puerto Ricans don't eat this shit. So i went to try to talk to the Mexican people about their garbage to ask them to put the trash can in the back yard or garage like most other people. Turns out two familys living in a single family home. Neither lady speaks English. Not surprised. So finally i see one of the two husbands and have a chat about it. I told him about the trash i have been having to pick up, and he pulls the how do you know its my garbage in a mexican accent. I let him know the puerto rican pointed out the wrappers and food is mexican, and they were the only mexicans around. I asked him to put his can in the garage or behind the fence. I told him i'm not the janitor of this neighborhood. He said the trashcan stunk so he didn't want to put it in the garage. I said spray some bleach in it, not my problem that it smells.These guys would leave for work i'm guessing around 6 am. I left a 7 am. At times i noticed liguid on his driveway from his trashcan but it was back upright. They knew what happened and would pick the can up as to wasn't me. I'd go look on the side of my house and sure enough, mexican garbage. I loaded a wagon with all their garbage dumped it in nice big mound at his front door. Several days later i got home around 10pm. There was a black bear in his trash can which the bear draged the bag across the road spilling trash out then dropping it in my yard. Here comes the mexicans pulling up as the bear was doing it. So i was so pissed. I was litterly not yelling but close to it telling this asshole not your trash huh motherfucker.you better get your ass over here and pick this shit up. If that dude would said something smartass to me, i'd beat that mf'r skull in. I was pissed off and he knew it. I could of just sicked the HOA on them but i don't roll that way. My neighbor to my left was friends with the head of the HOA and she didn't know where garbage was coming from in her yard until she heard me telling the mexican to pick up his trash. The mexicans were renting and the owner owed the hoa, and her friend couldn't stand the owner so about a week later the mexicans had to move. If i have a problem with someone i go directly to them to solve it, i told that dude the same as if you have a issue with me about something. Theres my door come knock on it and we'll figure it out. But the neighbor lady to my left let her hoa friend run them off. Im guessing the two families in a single family dwelling was the reason they had to move. But it solved the trash issue.
I'll bet you have a problem with buzz worms aka rattlesnakes at times , I've seen some good size bucks in your neighborhood when we ran to hondo off road test track that GM used, good to you see you the homestead
