golly gosh Jez what a fine pointing to the " heart centred " way of being , your words have been my experience. I call it a magnificent episode rather than a breakdown but they both describe the same thing and what a journey it is from frightened chaos to learning the way of the heart and love isn't always fluffy !! but its brought to me that my best allies so to speak are trust and not knowing........ oh the consciousness magic show what a gig 🙃😂 thank you for sharing 🙏❤
Yes, Sefu made a guest appearance. it's actually our neighbour's cat but he has adopted us so we feed him and love him and he spends most of his time here. We call him Sefu, like the character in Kung Fu panda, because he is such a teacher.
It’s such an easy trap to fall into coming at this from the wrong angle and trying to see with the analytical mind how the personality is operating and then this constant adjusting and clamping down on expression which only creates further repression. The personality is constructed around hiding the truth, so there seems to need to be a period of full-on fearlessness of expression regardless of where it’s coming from. There is so much repression in spirituality that just further reinforces the conditioning to keep hiding, be kind, be loving, do this, don’t do that, don’t act like that, it’s your identity - your personality, keep adjusting. Uh, it just makes me feel like gagging. This trap is so so so so easy to fall into.

As you say, all of that is just more of the game and playing out of Personality.
There is no way back, is there? 😅
Thank you for the video!
No. You are most welcome.
