Everyone needs a friend like Justine. My heart melted. Also when you age a whiskey for 30 years you lose a lot of the barrel from evaporation they call it the angels share, and so distillers won't have the storage space to make a lot of it they have to make cheaper less aged things just to pay the bills.
Favorite moments: Justine's compliment and "ideal drink" reverie, Lolsy's "Scottish" accent, and the observation "opinions are subjective, but somehow yours is wrong."

18:30 it is really ironic that she says that because the first time I tried Laphroaig 10, I instantly closed my eyes and remembered when I was young and my whole family would go on family camping tfips together. In the morning, with all the leaves covered in morning dew, the fire was still smoldering and smoking even though it was damp, and you could smell the earth and the trees and vegitation.... that's what I smelled the first time. That and jet fuel. Lol
Dermot is the only one who understood the assignment. He finished all the shots, and even helped Lolsy out with hers. 😂 There is no way that I'd be leaving that much Scotch behind once, let alone every round. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmm Scotch.
I've watched every TRY Channel video over the years and repeatedly come back for more. This adventure that you guys have created with the TRY channel is fun, distinct, surprising and one hell of an emotional roller coaster for all the Tryers over the years. Absolutely wonderful! My take on this, especially with this particular shoot is how all these "veteran Tryers" have evolved over time. Their honesty, maturity, sensibility, humour and so much more progressively gets better and better. This goes for all the Tryers but definitely reflects more on the veterans of the TRY channel. Keeping this comment short without inflating how well I enjoy Try channel is also difficult. I am always excited to see what comes up next. Very nicely done TRY channel. Bravo! 😀😀 Thank you 😀😀😀

FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, I HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO TEARS BY A TRY CAST MEMBER. Justin when she explains what a 1,140 euro bottle of alcohol what have to make her feel, to justify paying that for it. I can't explain it but it felt like in that moment she opened up and gave us an honest, unfiltered look into her being and I cried. There was that moment of silence.
