I'va managed to somehow re-create it. Grab a sub audio, cut it to be 1/4th note, make sure its a steady sub bass (no decay) Go to the clip settings and create an envelope that shifts the tune to +12 or +24 semitones in the middle of the 1/4 note. Make sure to add a lot of cruvature to the envelope. It should shift it up in the middle and then go back to 0 at the end of the 1/4 (like a mountian) make sure to add curvature to both sides of the peak
