Hello everyone .. I want to wish everyone a successful transition on finding one self. I am on that same journey. I am 35 now and I recently discovered that I really loved drawing as a child and cooking
It's wonderful to hear that you're on a journey of self-discovery! Rediscovering passions like drawing and cooking can be so fulfilling. Wishing you all the best as you explore these interests!
I’m in a car ride on a family trip at 3am listening to this, I have been making changes in life, rn been dealing with coming off opiates for a permanent solution no longer for a tolerance break, I already quit all other things like drinking and few other destructive behaviors some years back but the opiates I been avoiding a bit but been addressing it now. To anyone struggling with habits just know it’s doable and if i did it you can to, the key is time away from a habit or behavior through consistently and not to buy into the idea tht you will always struggle with your vices bc it’s just not true like actually not true. you just need to reshape or “ rebuild “ your self to be a new you without tht habit to where it’s no longer a resistance of said thing your dealing with but rather a new you tht is content and chooses new ways to live and in a way tht you are truly satisfied with not just resistance bc tht will always wear you down eventually but hang in there it takes time don’t beat yourself up so much, I mean your here after all listening to this audio book and reading this comment. Stay strong and keep working on yourself just be real with yourself and prayer, prayer, and more prayer it will pay off, it did for me with so many behaviors
Thank you for sharing your story! It takes a lot of courage to make those changes, and your words could really help someone else who’s struggling. Your positivity is truly appreciated!
Finding my self has been one of the difficult journey ,I learned that I am rigid I am not as flexible .I am a survivor of brain injury m it's been seven years ,I am still looking my self cause I cannot be or return that person I lost prior brain injury,I am angry n tired when am I finding my self or self identity it a never ending journey.
hey because of "neuroplasticity" our brains neural networks (which carry and store thoughts and memories" can be built back up again if we just keep on doing and thinking of things that we want to think of and do then that can build up our ability through time be super kind to yourself! treat yourself and speak to yourself like you would treat and speak to a friend you really care about i hope things work out Really good for you! Best wishes from Rolland in Scotland

Thank you so much for this incredible audiobook. It was much needed, especially when I was doubting my abilities, overthinking, and procrastinating. It worked like a counseling for me.
I'm so glad to hear that the audiobook resonated with you! It's amazing how the right words at the right time can make such a difference. Keep believing in yourself!
I've made a plan to improve myself, it's proving difficult to put it into action with chronic pain that feels like I'm being burned alive from the inside and its soul destroying but I'm going to keep fighting to rebuild myself.
It's truly inspiring to see your determination to rebuild yourself despite the challenges you're facing. Remember, every small step counts and you're not alone in this journey!
Try Medical Medium diet / food and supplements and find the best meditation for yourself. forget what troubled you in the past , forgive yourself first and others too. You'll recover

Stand barefoot in nature. All of the above changed my chronic pain. It is possible if you desire it that is. Look up Dr. Joe Dispenza
Susan, are you reading your messages? If you are, are you suffering from abdominal adhesions? I have, or had pain throughout my entire body, including abdominal adhesions. I refused pain medications that would cause addiction and unwanted side effects. Through the grave of God I found Serrapeptase. It saved my life. I couldn’t have lived with the pain I was suffering from. I began eating a no carb, no sugar diet and it really helped my mobility. I hope you read this. If you do, please let me know. Thank so much and I have absolute faith that you’ll soon be back to living your life to the fullest again.
I'm really sorry to hear about your loss. It takes incredible strength to keep moving forward, and it sounds like your dad would be proud of you for persevering. Keep pushing through; brighter days are ahead.

after losing my wife of 13 yrs last yr to cancer at only 50 ive had insomnia since, and always could sleep till then, now i have to be up 24-36 hrs to sleep 6 hrs then be up again and repeat, so awful .. i got to rebuild n have no choice :(
Thank you for sharing your story with us. It takes a lot of courage to open up about personal struggles. I admire your resilience in the face of such challenges, and I truly hope you find the peace and rebuild you need.
That's a great listen. I've been in some incredible circumstances and events. My successful kids being a big part. My daughter used the term 'extreme'. I say I successfully overcome FUDI (fear uncertainty doubt Indecision) my ex-wife said I was "full of myself" and thought I was better than anyone else. Both statements absurd - that's why she's ex.😊
I really appreciate your thoughtful comment! It’s inspiring to hear how you've navigated through challenges and found success with your kids. Thank you for sharing!

I never do that, many misdiagnosed turns out never manic or epileptic but autistic and ADHD. After everything I achieved and everything gone. Resilience is a trait I can't lose. Oh well, such is life
It's impressive that you recognize your resilience and continue to focus on your journey. Life can throw us curveballs, but it’s all about how we adapt and rebuild ourselves.
The Greek mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras said, “Man, know thyself; then thou shalt know the universe and God.” In Luke 3:15-22, we read about two who took time to look deep within themselves, to find God’s direction, and to live their lives authentically, according to God’s calling. As the only son of Zechariah the priest, John would have been expected to grow up to be a priest himself. Yet John knew himself well enough to buck the system, to seek his calling within himself, and to live it out to the glory of God. Verses 15-16 say: As the people were in expectation, and all were questioning in their hearts concerning John, whether he might be the Christ, John answered them all, saying, “I baptize you with water, but he who is mightier than I is coming, the strap of whose sandals I am not worthy to untie. The Greek mathematician and philosopher Pythagoras said, “Man, know thyself; then thou shalt know the universe and God.” In Luke 3:15-22, we read about two who took time to look deep within themselves, to find God’s direction, and to live their lives authentically, according to God’s calling. John the Baptist and Jesus knew themselves, their place in the universe, and the purpose that God had for their lives.
John’s family were strict adherents to the law and customs of the Hebrew people. As the only son of Zechariah the priest, John would have been expected to grow up to be a priest himself. I'm not really an audiobook guy or reader. I'm more of a communicator. I really want to discuss a specific situation I've recently been in, with someone who's listening. I was onstage a hypnotist show, and it turns out, I really offended a lot of people in my honest trance. I was told what I said, and I'm ash amed. I have a problem: I look down on people with ASD, and it really upset them. So badly, that one of them--a 13-year-old girl--tripped me as I walked by. I guess I deserved it. I don't want to be this prejudi ced guy anymore who labels people, especially those on the spectrum. I want to be better and more accepting, not shallow and close-minded
