Gotta object on WIlhand's medicine check. That was a total success. Like he said, it got rid of Craven Edge's corruption. And eventually Grog was able to move and act normally after that.
I totally agree. The ability I'm basing it on uses a fortitude save from 3.5e and Pathfinder 1e which when converted to 5e is usually a constitution save. The ability I'm referencing is the euphoric slime ability a poison with a confusion effect from Pathfinder 1e. Although to be fair I could be wrong about both the ability and the save since I'm not very familiar with Pathfinder 1e. Thank you for the comment I really appreciate it honestly I do agree under most circumstances it would be a wisdom save which it very well could be.
I believe 5:55 is actually not a success, it's the effect of the Mindless Rage subclass feature removing the charm when he rages to swing. If I remember correctly it was a moment of Travis being clever and Matt agreeing that it was cool enough to trick Craven Edge.
Interesting point. Thank you for the comment you bring up a really cool way of looking at the scene. Makes me want to rewatch those stream episodes again.
Thanks for the question. Scanlan failed the insight check because the lady gnome is drop hints to something and Scanlan's face does a puzzled look real quick and then he ignores it to go back to the escape plan. Thanks again for the comment I hope this clears up any confusion.
@@Horrorcrusher8312 no, I was referring to her identity. If you watched the original campaign or checked their wiki you can find out who she is and I realized that her secret hasn't been revealed yet in the show most likely. Edit: I can tell you if you don't mind being spoiled.
What would you consider Keyleth grabbing Vax's dagger and cutting herself free to be? Athletics success? Also, love that she twirls it like Vax would. Even threw it to free his hand.

Knowing who the voice actor was, I expected a precise hit on a pressure point. Ehh.
Fair point I only considered a full restoration of his healthy form not a partial one. Thank you for the comment I found it very insightful.
@@sadknight2826 success on your insight check. You gain inspiration for your roleplay
Pretty sure Grog thought it was a fail 🤣
To see Percy succeed in the feywild look up "Percy flirts with grass"
I don't think Kevdak made a check... I think he just near 0ed his son in one round and nobody was gonna fuck with that
Agreed. Sometimes a check isn't necessary.
I think saving throw against mind-altering effects is Wisdom

@@sadknight2826 Vary rarely, an intelligence save might also make sense for psychadelics.

4:40 I'm not sure it's this os fail 😈
Wilhand looks like Larry David
1:23 Who exactly failed the insight check here? Scanlan or the lady gnome?
