In the actual level, the spider does move straight up and down. It only appears to move mid teleport in the editor because of how the game draws the green line
Ok idiot… it clearly can’t desync the song, and you can successfully get through a spider level with 2 blocks, one on the top and one on the bottom, on the same spot on the X-axis
Hey nice video but the thing about the spider isn't true, the reason the line in the editor is tilted is that the lines are made by placing an ivisible point every fraction of a second and connecting them with a line, making it seem like that (same for teleport portals). The spider takes 1 frame to teleport, being on the ground one frame and on the ceeling the next one.
The green editor trail, for some reason, doesn’t draw the exact path of the player. It updates every few frames. The spider moves instantly, it just doesn’t look like it.
I really remember that "Nightmare" level. When I was on 1.6, my very first challengue levels were called "Nightmare" because of that level (i believed that those kind of levels would had that name)

There's something called "2's Complement" used for storing positive and negative numbers in 32 bits, but the short story is that half the numbers are negative, half the numbers are positive. So the number in the video is actually -(2^31 - 1). But yes you're correct on the max signed integer for 64-bit systems. 9.2 quintillion

For instance games like Minecraft and operating systems like windows 10 (64 bit version) are running on 64 bit. +/-2,147,483,647 is nothing compared to the 64 bit limits which are +/-9,223,372,036,854,775,807.
Most modern day computer can count past 2.147 Billion. Only 32 bit computers and lower can’t (most modern day computers have 64 bits) meaning it can calculate 2^63 numbers, half being positive and half being negative (technically slightly less than half for both since 0 is neither positive nor negative). Also it is not integrer limit. It is the integer limit. You are supposed to pronounce it like “in tuh jer”. An integer is just any negative or positive whole number from negative infinity to positive infinty (including 0). Hope this helps

Yes it does. Some levels feature 2 blocks on the top and bottom of the screen. Yet you can still get on top of these blocks
