Agreed - commanders should come stock with 6 sense. Agree with the “basic” skills you covered and the specialized skills depending on the tank or how you want to set your tank up.

Why has your Stallone hero commander only got 3 skills open? Surely you know that if you swap skills with a 9 skill standard commander it will open all the slots on your hero commander!
What's really needed is a skill that instantly drops the tag from people. This is absolutely ridiculous on console as people tag relentlessly, even following around the map just to keep you tagged. I've had games that the tag, even after breaking line of sight altogether, would not go away.
Get better in a rng slot machine game? This advice would also apply to a casino as well. LOL. Not possible past a certain point because the game decides when it wants you to die or turns your gun off.
Me and my friends used to call the AMX 50 the Ram King before they nerfed it. Can you imagine 4 auto loaders putting there clips in you then ramming you to death oh this game used to be better 😢

No. The skills says: the commander instantly knows when your vehicle has been detected by the enemy.
