First, you are absolutely right...the closet is spacious in and of itself to the degree that if you don't really need it, you can certainly make use of this closet without needing to convert/use a spare room unless you actually, truly NEED to do so. They're people who don't just got a lot of stuff, but it's more like personal INVENTORY, lol (yeah...like your's truly😉) and thus, use a spare room (and still use up extra space in the house, lol). Nevertheless, the upgrade is BEAUTIFUL and you have indeed made great use of your spacious closet.

You did a great job. I wanted to build all of my shelves and drawers because it's easier to get exactly what you want, but this is so easy. I might rethink doing everything myself which would cost a lot less and do easy for a lot more money.

I LOVE a great chandelier. I had the contractor install one in a client's powder room, he was skeptical about it but when it was done he just looked at me and said " that is FIRE!" I looked a him and said " I know"

Thank you! On one side I used 13 (the side with the shoes and jackets) and the back side and other side (with the doors) are 22. Hope that helps!

Hello Mrs Angelgrace2. I love this video. I am going to use it to re-do my closets. I have a couple o f questions. 1. Did you have to anchor the closets into the walls to prevent them from falling over? 2. How did you connect the frames to each other and 3. How much did all of his cost? I have a $2000 budget for the closet but I can extend it to $3000, I’m not looking for an exact cost but an estimated one. Thank you

Your presentation has inspired me. So tell me, what would you recommend in an apartment setup? Or do you think it's not worth the investment?......I've never assembled furniture, but I'm hopeful I can take a project like this on. Thank-You so much for sharing
Thank you! Glad you found insightful. If you're in an apartment, you can still assemble furniture but I just would not affix frames to the wall so that you don't damage the apartment walls. You can then take the furniture with you when you move....I own my home and didn't affix frames to walls as I mentioned in video, I just used weights for balance. Hope that helps. Thx for watching.

Thanks so much Jennifer! Welcome!! No, I did not remove the baseboards. I know others did, but I chose not to as my frames are tilted so there's space. I also did not bolt them to the walls. We are in Georgia and are way less prone to earthquakes so none of my bookcases, frames, etc are bolted. However, I did put weights in the bottom back of the large frames that has clothes in them for some extra security. So it's up to you and what you think may be appropriate for where you live. I hope that helps!

Thank you so much! I would write out all the things you think you need storage for first...ei (jeans, shoes, jackets, scarves, hats, etc...) then design you storage around your needs! Hope that helps

Hello. I just finished watching 3 of your videos.... I loved your DYI assembling videos. This really inspires me to assemble furniture in the future. However, I wish you would not have fast forward the enter assembling..since I don't even know how to put on a screw much less a shelf :-) Maybe in the future, you can show how to assemble one side or shelf and then fast forward the rest for us beginners.
