Important tip (my guru taught me): while doing meditation, stay still in that position, when you adjusting your body you CANNOT concentrate. For example: you have clay pot filled with water and you're trying to see your reflection (3rd eye) but if you keep moving the pot water wouldn't stay still inside and you cannot see your clear reflection. Thank you so much! I was raised Jehovah's witnesses. I have struggled with my belief system my whole life. I chose my own nothing tought me. I started seeing angle numbers over a year ago. They led me to chakras I'd heard of them, but had no idea what they where. I started healing my root sacral and heart Chakras one at a time (there's a reason I missed my solar plex) with yoga, meditation, rocks, oils, and vibrations. It's been an incredible journey. I got COVID had a sore throat (couldn't swallow, and oil of oregano didn't work). I transferred to my throat Chakra. Did yoga and vibrations. Within 6 hrs I was fine. I feel the healing in my body, emotions, and mind. This is going to be a lifetime journey. Thank you for everything your explaining about religion, and this being a lifted time journey. A lot of people use spirituality as a means to manifest one’s owns selfish desires , this is considered black magic , I have been learning to put my own selfish desires aside while practicing the opening of chakras , I have to remember that these practices are meant to help society find balance . One’s ego can really get in the way of that always wanting to manifest power over others and status , when in reality we are all one collective consciousness.

I grew up Catholic, so I understand what you mean with people screaming hearsay, I believe in Jesus and his teachings of love and kindness but I think they were changed and corrupted by humans, so they have been largely lost. Part of why I grew from organized religion is how the church ingrains it in you to look at any other things regarding spirituality as evil. I got into Buddhist mediations and the love and connection is what I believe religions were meant to be about. I thank you for this and helping me further my journey.

During meditation I feel strong energy and vibration. It causes me to stop do I push through? My Ajna was the first center to open so I believe I've done something correct. And have started from the base up to do it slowly but it begins to get really intense should I jump in the fire or let it happen when it does ?

I just found your channel with these Chakra series. I was actually looking for something like this. In the past I did it all wrong. Watching you tube videos and trying to achieve the Kundalini awakening with breathwork without working on my chakras first. Then found out how dangerous that can be and even found people talking about their negative experiences. More reading on the subject proved me wrong with all I did and showed me the right way by working on my chakras first, so everything will be opened for the flow of the energy. I need to say, those videos are quiet dangerous, making people believe one can achieve Kundalini just by doing the extensive breathwork and forcing the energy up. So glad, it didn't work for me yet and I came across your chakra videos. Will be watching them one after another and do the inner body meditations now. This first video of yours gave me a deeper understanding of what we are dealing with, even though I can't grasp everything as of yet very easily. I am very grateful I found this series and hope this will help me transform myself until I am ready to let the Kundalini energy take over my body in a positive way. The universe has sent me this message and others. I was diagnosed with AS, a degenerative disorder mostly affecting the spine, sacral and lumbar, despite having no visible damage (xray, MRI) or any of the markers for it (HLA-B27) in my blood. I was denied treatment. For some reason I heard my call to heal but did not recognize it as such. I detoxed myself from opioid pain meds and the benzodiazapine Xanax, which I was warned not to even try on my own. I started stumbling on videos and articles about the threads that connect us to the eternal light. And now, on my first day of my awareness of this healing I find you, this video. This can not be a coincidence. I have been steadfastly anti-religious all my life but, this is different. It feels different. I'm ready now for a long journey ahead; I thank you and the light eternal for being a part of it.

I'm no longer surprised when a video a channel comes along and seemingly finds me. About 7yrs ago I was at the height of my mental, spiritual, & physical self. What I didn't do was continue my journey when things went south due to a few devastating losses in my life. The pain became so great that I fell back into unhealthy behaviors & eventually my drug addiction. I had stopped doing EVERYTHING that pulled me out of that lifestyle, ie meditation, my vegan diet, and therapy. Recently things have been on a positive trajectory, but it won't sustain unless I also cont. doing spiritual work with the physical & mental strides I've made. I digress... I can't wait to jump back into the basics that took me to that wonderful time in my life. I thoroughly enjoyed this, specifically the way you connected our chakras to the endocrine system, well done sir. I do however have to say I do not think that our goal is to dissolve, overcome or transcend the ego, but to integrate it. Some call the heart, mind and soul the “real Holy Trinity”, and that these 3 aspects of our human experience should be in balance as well, working in tandem with each other toward the same goals. I “resonate” with this because I view the 3D matrix as a video game, a virtual reality on the celestial scale, and like most hardcore games, you have to master the current level (or dimension) to progress to the next. The ego is necessary for operating in the physical dimension, which is one of illusion of separation, the ego is the perspective of separation. I do not think that the ego is in and of itself bad, but it becomes an enemy of many “spiritual” people simply because they choose to view it as one
Yes, both aspects are actually true, because if we're honest with ourselves, there are parts of our ego that do need to simply be dissolved, you can call this integration, but truly certain parts do dissappear, and others remain. What you expressed is taught in episode 4 on the solar plexus chakra, about how we don't actually fully destroy the ego but instead integrate it, purify it, and control it in order to achieve things in life more effectively; it no longer becomes an obstacle but a tool to operate.

Awesome video - An energy psychologist told me my heart and third eye chakras were "hindered" and gave me a practice for releasing the energy. It has helped immensely. Essentially rotating the right hand on the center of the chest clockwise while breathing/meditating for several minutes to reach a state of relaxation then placing the right hand over the left peck like the pledge of allegiance, tapping or rotating (clockwise) and repeating internal mantra of self love - ie. "I love myself", "I love you", "you're okay buddy", "don't worry, you're loved" etc etc. This process very regularly led to deep weeping which then led to extreme relaxation and even changes in my visual perception similar to mushroom trips (walls exploding outwards like a balloon and accentuation of colors such as greens and yellows in my environment - basically everything was tinted with these). One time while doing this it felt like I coxed the energy up through my throat and out of my mouth... literally felt like I pulled negative energy out of my body. Try this practice if it resonates.

For the people who think that awakening a certain chakra general means you become calm or everything becomes easy after that then NO, you are wrong if you awaken t muladhara "accidentally" you will have an upsurge of energy in your body the energy in said person will increase high as in the you'll would be able to not sleep, hear what normal people could no hear and see paranormal/negative energies. For such cases to not happen one should go under the wing of a teacher.
Chakra wise can be difficult I reach points in meditation were I begin to get hot and vibrate with force. Feels very uncomfortable and forces me to stop. Do I push through ?

Any, as an adult I tend to flee when God, Bible etc etc start getting mentioned. On April 2nd 2020. I had a Near Death Experience! I’ve had many deep and profound experiences since! I have begun to learn how to meditate! As I often meditate, and at other times, which is quite often, I feel this pulsating energy from my chest! It’s like someone has dropped a pebble in water, and I feel it branch out through my body. I feel it in my head as well. One night I was in a serious amount of pain and I was laying in bed repeating this over and over heart and mind are one, heart and mind are one, then all of a sudden, I felt so much energy and I felt a small ring in the top of my head move down my spine stopped around my neck, and then I said in my mind, make it go away in this energy, traveled down my spine and crushed the pain in my back. Then it started all over. It came down from the top of my head down my spine and stopped; when I said, make it go away, it traveled down my spine and crushed it and took the pain away. I don’t know what’s happening, but I need to find out how to control these. I need a teacher. Can someone explain to me what is going on? Point me to a teacher? I feel this beautiful, warm, loving energy move from my chest in my head and just move throughout my entire body, giving me the sense of utter bliss and love. I need help!! All my Love!! ❤️❤️

Really neat to hear the idea that the chakras are already working, but what we really want to do is learn how to control the chakras so that we are not controlled by them or by our environment.

This is great. I look forward to going through the whole series. I’ll share my most lovely experience with the chakras before I knew what they were. I was dealing with some emotional trauma that I did not see how I could remove and I fell asleep through shear emotional exhaustion. It started with black dark mucky energy, very dense and fearful, my ego had stepped to the side in this half sleep state, then from memory I was in an orange energy world, it was a mandala constantly evolving directly associated with all my personal feelings, this orange was wobbly and uneasy but not something I did not want. Very intimate. Perfect mandala fractals evolved through colours and then it may have been yellow. This was easier still to handle to the orange and to the black. Years later I saw a Buddhist mandala in the external for the first time since my experience. I remember thinking how amazing it was that I had this internal experience and that these mandalic fractals must of been innate in all of us. Lastly and most magnificently in my experience, still completely surrendered, just watching, unattached from the ego I came to a pink. This felt like the core. The heart of pure love. It’s hard to remember exactly but I think there was a sound probably like the Aum. Just a magnificent love emanating infinitely that was at the core of me, nothing could possibly affect such a force as this and I found it was only obstructed by all my pain, all my attachments. I was in such a free pure love state all afternoon and this experience to some degree has stuck with me allowing me to know that if I ever truly surrender love is at the core. I would love to get here again as more of a vibration I can live from. I’ve never touched love so deeply and wholly before but I’m so grateful I have an experience of what to me is what pure love feels like.

I been Woke since birth. I feel deeply and very aware to the point it brought about fear in this worldly place. I always felt alone cause I stood out as the nice guy but weird cause I stayed to myself n talked very rarely. I was so alone I started getting with the program in this negative world doing negative things too and I always felt shame, Etc …I’m back to my old self, that guy I missed so much the past 10 yrs. I have always had lucid dreams and out of body experiences where my soul or whatever you choose to call it would leave my body in OBE! I have also seen faces appear in clouds n speak to me when I was a kid!! I always wondered why there was never information. Or why nobody had or talked about experiences like I had, it’s just I had these experiences while the world was asleep and while information was not out yet until the internet came around! Important tip (my guru taught me): while doing meditation, stay still in that position, when you adjusting your body you CANNOT concentrate. For example: you have clay pot filled with water and you're trying to see your reflection (3rd eye) but if you keep moving the pot water wouldn't stay still inside and you cannot see your clear reflection. Thank you so much! I was raised Jehovah's witnesses. I have struggled with my belief system my whole life. I chose my own nothing tought me. I started seeing angle numbers over a year ago. They led me to chakras I'd heard of them, but had no idea what they where. I started healing my root sacral and heart Chakras one at a time (there's a reason I missed my solar plex) with yoga, meditation, rocks, oils, and vibrations. It's been an incredible journey. I got COVID had a sore throat (couldn't swallow, and oil of oregano didn't work). I transferred to my throat Chakra. Did yoga and vibrations. Within 6 hrs I was fine. I feel the healing in my body, emotions, and mind. This is going to be a lifetime journey. Thank you for everything your explaining about religion, and this being a lifted time journey. A lot of people use spirituality as a means to manifest one’s owns selfish desires , this is considered black magic , I have been learning to put my own selfish desires aside while practicing the opening of chakras , I have to remember that these practices are meant to help society find balance . I grew up Catholic, so I understand what you mean with people screaming hearsay, I believe in Jesus and his teachings of love and kindness but I think they were changed and corrupted by humans, so they have been largely lost. Part of why I grew from organized religion is how the church ingrains it in you to look at any other things regarding spirituality as evil. I got into Buddhist mediations and the love and connection is what I believe religions were meant to be about. I thank you for this and helping me further my journey.

I just found your channel with these Chakra series. I was actually looking for something like this. In the past I did it all wrong. Watching you tube videos and trying to achieve the Kundalini awakening with breathwork without working on my chakras first. Then found out how dangerous that can be and even found people talking about their negative experiences. More reading on the subject proved me wrong with all I did and showed me the right way by working on my chakras first, so everything will be opened for the flow of the energy. I need to say, those videos are quiet dangerous, making people believe one can achieve Kundalini just by doing the extensive breathwork and forcing the energy up. So glad, it didn't work for me yet and I came across your chakra videos. Will be watching them one after another and do the inner body meditations now. This first video of yours gave me a deeper understanding of what we are dealing with, even though I can't grasp everything as of yet very easily. I am very grateful I found this series and hope this will help me transform myself until I am ready to let the Kundalini energy take over my body in a positive way. The universe has sent me this message and others. I was diagnosed with AS, a degenerative disorder mostly affecting the spine, sacral and lumbar, despite having no visible damage (xray, MRI) or any of the markers for it (HLA-B27) in my blood. I was denied treatment. For some reason I heard my call to heal but did not recognize it as such. I detoxed myself from opioid pain meds and the benzodiazapine Xanax, which I was warned not to even try on my own. I started stumbling on videos and articles about the threads that connect us to the eternal light. And now, on my first day of my awareness of this healing I find you, this video. This can not be a coincidence. I have been steadfastly anti-religious all my life but, this is different. It feels different. I'm ready now for a long journey ahead; I thank you and the light eternal for being a part of it.

I'm no longer surprised when a video a channel comes along and seemingly finds me. About 7yrs ago I was at the height of my mental, spiritual, & physical self. What I didn't do was continue my journey when things went south due to a few devastating losses in my life. The pain became so great that I fell back into unhealthy behaviors & eventually my drug addiction. I had stopped doing EVERYTHING that pulled me out of that lifestyle, ie meditation, my vegan diet, and therapy. Recently things have been on a positive trajectory, but it won't sustain unless I also cont. doing spiritual work with the physical & mental strides I've made.
I digress... I can't wait to jump back into the basics that took me to that wonderful time in my life.

I am very happy to discover this video. It's only been 2 weeks since I've been reading about kundalini. I read so many passages online about opening the eye Chakra. I got scared because they said that a person can go through a lot opening it. I'm very happy to know that I don't have to do much to open them all but be consciously aware, educated and meditated. I thoroughly enjoyed this, specifically the way you connected our chakras to the endocrine system, well done sir. I do however have to say I do not think that our goal is to dissolve, overcome or transcend the ego, but to integrate it. Some call the heart, mind and soul the “real Holy Trinity”, and that these 3 aspects of our human experience should be in balance as well, working in tandem with each other toward the same goals. I “resonate” with this because I view the 3D matrix as a video game, a virtual reality on the celestial scale, and like most hardcore games, you have to master the current level (or dimension) to progress to the next. The ego is necessary for operating in the physical dimension, which is one of illusion of separation, the ego is the perspective of separation. I do not think that the ego is in and of itself bad, but it becomes an enemy of many “spiritual” people simply because they choose to view it as one
Yes, both aspects are actually true, because if we're honest with ourselves, there are parts of our ego that do need to simply be dissolved, you can call this integration, but truly certain parts do dissappear, and others remain. What you expressed is taught in episode 4 on the solar plexus chakra, about how we don't actually fully destroy the ego but instead integrate it, purify it, and control it in order to achieve things in life more effectively; it no longer becomes an obstacle but a tool to operate.

Awesome video - An energy psychologist told me my heart and third eye chakras were "hindered" and gave me a practice for releasing the energy. It has helped immensely. Essentially rotating the right hand on the center of the chest clockwise while breathing/meditating for several minutes to reach a state of relaxation then placing the right hand over the left peck like the pledge of allegiance, tapping or rotating (clockwise) and repeating internal mantra of self love - ie. "I love myself", "I love you", "you're okay buddy", "don't worry, you're loved" etc etc. This process very regularly led to deep weeping which then led to extreme relaxation and even changes in my visual perception similar to mushroom trips (walls exploding outwards like a balloon and accentuation of colors such as greens and yellows in my environment - basically everything was tinted with these). One time while doing this it felt like I coxed the energy up through my throat and out of my mouth... literally felt like I pulled negative energy out of my body. Try this practice if it resonates.
before watching this, eye dreamt of climbing up a ladder to meet my grandfather. on the way up, there were two bracelets. a rainbow hematite bracelet and a silver bracelet with an emerald stone. when eye got to that point where the bracelets were, the ladder collapsed onto a green suv. seeing Jacob's ladder in this video made me understand the meaning of my dream. what a synchronicity. eye appreciate your content. newly subscribed. 🙏🏾✨

I came across a guided meditation to open and activate the 7 main ones, by accident a few years ago, although I believe I must have been guided there by my higher self now. This was the best thing I ever did and the most amazing experience physically, mentally and spiritually! I'm at the beginning of my spiritual awakening (7weeks in to be precise) and I'm one of these 'question everything's people 🤦♀️ Not only do I 'practice' every day, I also research! Today I thank my guides for directing me to your channel, let me explain why... I was brought up in a very religious background (and what a load of hypocritical nonsense they we're!!!) Any, as an adult I tend to flee when God, Bible etc etc start getting mentioned. That, so it appears, is my spiritual block, even tho I have always believed in something higher, the blockage is all the aforementioned biblical nonsense.
You're describing of such examples are great! That 'look outside of the box' which is just what I need. I always tell people "look at it from a different angle" but it's always harder to take your own advice isn't it 🙄

On April 2nd 2020. I had a Near Death Experience! I’ve had many deep and profound experiences since! I have begun to learn how to meditate! As I often meditate, and at other times, which is quite often, I feel this pulsating energy from my chest! It’s like someone has dropped a pebble in water, and I feel it branch out through my body. I feel it in my head as well. One night I was in a serious amount of pain and I was laying in bed repeating this over and over heart and mind are one, heart and mind are one, then all of a sudden, I felt so much energy and I felt a small ring in the top of my head move down my spine stopped around my neck, and then I said in my mind, make it go away in this energy, traveled down my spine and crushed the pain in my back. Then it started all over. It came down from the top of my head down my spine and stopped; when I said, make it go away, it traveled down my spine and crushed it and took the pain away. I don’t know what’s happening, but I need to find out how to control these. I need a teacher. Can someone explain to me what is going on? Point me to a teacher? I feel this beautiful, warm, loving energy move from my chest in my head and just move throughout my entire body, giving me the sense of utter bliss and love. I need help!! All my Love!! ❤️❤️

Sounds like we will be going beyond a superficial understanding of the chakras. Really neat to hear the idea that the chakras are already working, but what we really want to do is learn how to control the chakras so that we are not controlled by them or by our environment.

This is great. I look forward to going through the whole series. I’ll share my most lovely experience with the chakras before I knew what they were. I was dealing with some emotional trauma that I did not see how I could remove and I fell asleep through shear emotional exhaustion. It started with black dark mucky energy, very dense and fearful, my ego had stepped to the side in this half sleep state, then from memory I was in an orange energy world, it was a mandala constantly evolving directly associated with all my personal feelings, this orange was wobbly and uneasy but not something I did not want. Very intimate. Perfect mandala fractals evolved through colours and then it may have been yellow. This was easier still to handle to the orange and to the black. Years later I saw a Buddhist mandala in the external for the first time since my experience. I remember thinking how amazing it was that I had this internal experience and that these mandalic fractals must of been innate in all of us. Lastly and most magnificently in my experience, still completely surrendered, just watching, unattached from the ego I came to a pink. This felt like the core. The heart of pure love. It’s hard to remember exactly but I think there was a sound probably like the Aum. Just a magnificent love emanating infinitely that was at the core of me, nothing could possibly affect such a force as this and I found it was only obstructed by all my pain, all my attachments. I was in such a free pure love state all afternoon and this experience to some degree has stuck with me allowing me to know that if I ever truly surrender love is at the core. I would love to get here again as more of a vibration I can live from. I’ve never touched love so deeply and wholly before but I’m so grateful I have an experience of what to me is what pure love feels like.
It took me a while to find this knowledge. And you’re putting it all together in one segment. We are truly in the age of Aquarius !

I been Woke since birth. I feel deeply and very aware to the point it brought about fear in this worldly place. I always felt alone cause I stood out as the nice guy but weird cause I stayed to myself n talked very rarely. I was so alone I started getting with the program in this negative world doing negative things too and I always felt shame, Etc …I’m back to my old self, that guy I missed so much the past 10 yrs. I have always had lucid dreams and out of body experiences where my soul or whatever you choose to call it would leave my body in OBE! Revalations is a cook book for the philosopher's stone. There is a lot of symbolism shown in these pictures that can only be understood by studying the occult. His consort is Venus. The moon. Sirius. Their son is Saturn. The black sun. These things mean numerous things. All are also symbols for the philosopher's stone. The three are one. This is the real reason why the dark crystal series showed three suns in the land of thRA. Ra is another sun. With the new vibrations coming in conciousness raises. Christ conciousness returns.
