What are pre preparation. How do you ascertain the patient mouth is fit for fixed implant. There is enough space for drill and bone are strong enough. Does x-ray ,opg , cbct got done.

Namaste.I have got my implants done in Bangalore by using Paltop, Israel implants.The charges are almost same.I feelNobelbio care implants may be costilier compared to Paltop.
Sir one thing is clear.The 4 day procedure is for patients without tooth.If teeth are to be removed will it take additional time.
So duration of time required with diseased teeth may please be suggested.
On immediate loading will it not be painful with the trauma of drilling during placement of implant.
My implants started after three months from the date of all teeth removal.
After placement of implants , it took three months for healing caps.After 15 days impressions were taken.The first two impressions were not ok.Third one has been taken now.Jaw relations is complete and looking forward to Try in.
With Rs two lakhs i am getting 12 +12 teeth with PFM denture.

The denture is in single piece , one piece for upper and another for lower.No individual teeth.
Our technique is called basal or cortical implant technique
In this we extract the teeth and place implants on same visit and complete the procedure in just 3 days

Please clear my few doubts as i am also looking for my father.
1) you went for 12 teeth, didn't your doctor tell you to go for 14 teeth per arch ???
2) Why did you go for PFM instead of Zirconia??
3) Which doctor is charging 2 lakhs for all the procedure, here in Delhi they charge 4-5 lakhs.

25k-27k per implant, and all PFM teeth, i don't know about the company of implant even.

डा साहब यह बात अविश्वसनीय लगती है कि तीन दिन में ही पेशेंट खाना खा सकता है।मुझे दांत निकलवाये एक माह हो गया है मगर अब तक रोटी भी मसूढे में दर्द करती है।दांत इम्प्लांट में मसूढा काटा तो जाता होगा फिर तीन दिन में चबाना,मुझे तो विश्वास नही हो रहा।मेरे नीचे के सब दांत निकलवा दिये हैं, लगवाना तो हैं पर यह प्रक्रिया अविश्वसनीय लग रही है।डेंटल कालेज बरेली में इम्प्लांट के तीन माह बाद इंप्लांट लगाने को कहा था।

Dr i had full mouth fixed metal ceramic teeth in 4 days. (Upper jaw 10 and lower jaw 8 basal implants) 2 months back. I am feeling discomfort such as teeth not sitting properly on each other etc., and pain in jaws un bearable a d some other discomforts. Our dr says its your psychological problem and not attending to my problems. I am a heart patient and feeling frustated. I want them to get removed and to have removeable teeth set. How much it costs to remove and how much time it takes. Please advise me. Thank u

I will try to approach my doctor but i am anxious to know if iam not satisfied with his advise ( given earlier) how much does it cost and any complications. Dr. meri mother ne ceremic k full denture ko lagvaya but Dr. ne uss time khali space ko fill nhi kiya. Jisse usme ander khana chala gaya h. Ab hum dr se fixed denture ko nikal kar saaf karne ke liye kahte h to vo mana karte hai ab hum iss condition mai kya kare .
