Thanks for sharing a look at another Tamiya classic. Tamiya sure did have a strange number system for their armour kits. Tamiya art work back then was great. They new that box art sells kits.
Thank you for another review of a classic, Armor kit! These 1/25th scale Tamiya kits are well-detailed, feature individual track links, but suffer from a lack of accessories (though I did notice that in-scale Jerry Cans were provided) needed to build a diorama display. Thanks for sharing this with us! 9th Like.
Have seen these on sale at a local hobby shop in the KCMO area ad in the Indianapolis area. Crazy amount of money wanted for these kits. Nice to actually see one opened up!!
They are pricey, especially the remote control ones. I'm glad Dad bought this one long ago so we can give you a peek at it. Appreciate you watching and commenting!
This is another kit I didn’t build… When I started building models 1970, I had to earn the money to purchase model kits This one was out of my price range… But, when I looked through the J.C. PENNIES CHRISTMAS CATALOG…. These kits were in there…. They were on my CHRISTMAS LIST…. BUT Santa Claus didn’t deliver 🤣😂😅…… TAMIYA makes some great kits I still build the old stuff…….. You have my like 👍 VINTAGE MODELS ON…. CHRIS 🇺🇸
I remember the J.C. Penney's catalog! It was so much fun to go through and mark everything I wanted. Of course, like with you, Santa didn't deliver but a lot of great memories!

You're very welcome!
This is the first 1/25 series model Tank I bought since 1969.
That's great! Thanks for sharing with us.

To build or not to build
..
In Dad's case, he built one and kept extra kits. 😀 Thanks for watching and commenting!
