When holding a blueprint after giving away the tech 2 constructor: I believe a builder that is on wait will prevent the building from decaying, While not consuming any resources, I guess except build power.
i’ve been watching ur games to see what you pay attention to, how do you flick so quickly between your base and units, do you have a key bind that brings you back to base?
Great question! About a month ago or so I started experimenting with having F1 camera hotkey bound on my mouse. I've grown pretty accustomed to it now and I can say I'd definitely recommend it!
If you could reclaim the commander you'd end up with 2700 metal. However, the game doesn't allow you to reclaim him :(. Another interesting thing is, to my knowledge the com is the only unit that leaves a wreck when self destructed(plz let me know if there are others).
Game doesn't let you reclaim live commander. You can only reclaim their corpse. That's why you'll see tech/air players self-d their commander a little ways away from their base (so as not to accidentally mini-nuke their own stuff). The developers actually nerfed how much metal a commander is worth (over a year ago at this point) - they used to be worth more, which meant that techers could tech much earlier than they do now.
Great question! This was due to timing. Gunslingers fall off really hard due to being squishy and low range when they're used outside of the early t2 time. It might have been good to make one, but I was going for a ball of spiders to try and lean into getting really good trades due to being massively outnumbered. I really needed a welder mixed in there earlier and that would have been better to ward off some spam that hurt the spiders.

Wow, I remember being your 400th follower a week or so ago! This is an old game! XD
Yep this one is a few weeks old. Hopefully still like it! I've got a bunch of games that I think are YT worthy lately!
Surviving with no pork, true warrior =)

I need to experiment but what if you were to reclaim your live commander? Instead of self-destructing it, would you technically get full value?

@@dskinnerify the T3 Legion bot Praetorian (spelling?) leaves behind a wreck when you self-d, but that's Legion so imo that doesn't really count.
can i ask why the spiders at the start instead of gunslingers against the t1 trash? later i guess it was for range against the hounds
I've never seen him build more than one or two gunslingers

I'm calling the police over these levels of e excess XD. Why no t1 converters?
