Hi Grant. Though a little late to this party, I've recently found this channel and have been watching the heck out of your vids. I'm just starting my te reo māori journey now (46yrs old). As you suggested I've been trying to find things and phrases that I can apply all the time every day etc. References to your kids (things we'd say often to them) will be perfect for me. Due to the year being almost finished I've missed the last lot of night classes here where I live so untill they start up again i believe your videos will give me an excellent "foot up". Thanks 😁👍

Would the sentence structure “kei te makariri hoki ahau” be correct?
