In WWE 2K24, You can add sounds to the game using the sound editor. It is a tools where you can import sounds from previous games and also replace sounds within a game if you wish. The possibilities are endless, you can update a superstars music, and even change sound effects, commentary lines and ring announcing!

I was trying to change drews theme to broken dreams i did everything in this tutorial and its still playing his current theme

it should work. A way you can tell is to the right of the in game sound there is a box that says "replaced sound" if there is nothing in this box the sound hasn't been imported.

If i could I would change the announcer to good ol howard finkle. If i could change commentary I would have a ball with that.

You can change the commentary in this way
Find the commentary line you want to change in sound recorder - Re-record the line yourself or with Ai voice etc and save it as an mp3 file.
The swap that mp3 file out the same way you would an entrance theme
Same with ring announcing.
However there is a lot of lines so it may take some time to re-record them all.

Can you import a wrestler from previous games?

You can but at the minute its a paid software you need to use.
I have done a few videos using the cheat engine that unlocks hidden content as well as a guide on how to do intergender matches

Back in the Xbox 360 and PS3 days you could add your own music into the WWE to use as entrance themes and this feature was later removed.
This sound editor has been available for a few years for the 2K Games on PC. It is also external software and not really part of the game.

You can't play the mode at all if you have that version of the game. You can unlock all the content though such as the persona cards for use in other game modes
