The entire point of Lumo is that it is a "budget train operator". If you wish to have a luxury experience, the other operator of the line, LNER, offers first class. Lumos prices are kept low because they have more standard seating to increase capacity!

id never travel on LUMO, it lacks any first class just offers second class tickets and seats.

@AaronD_ I can't see who would travel in second class to be honest. Granted cost more , I live in Crewe and minimum costs me £240 to London.
